I got short changed after the girl spent a few minutes trying to count out £2.41 in 20p's. Then I was told there was no supervisor so she couldn't open the till.My footlong wasn't cut in half.They ran out of spinach, roast chicken and change.Awful service, avoid.

Ran out of roast chicken, spinach and change. I got gherkins that weren't asked for. My foot long wasn't sliced in half. The girl serving has no idea what she's doing. I got short changed and told I can't open the till, there's no supervisor. Avoid.

Wrong order through Justeat unhelpful!!! told me to take it up with Justeat, steak and cheese melt ordered cold steak inedible arrived. Now wait up to 3 day's for Justeat to get back to me absolute joke

I do not have subway often but I found excellent staff, excellent service and a thoroughly enjoyable meal when I visited Subway in Albert road Southsea.

Absolute joke. Haven’t got my coke, no cheese on my salad, the pepper is a big chunk. Super sad that workers have no respect for the money people spend there, like I worked for my money too. I am so mad because it happened so many times. Definitely not ordering from there anymore. ☺️
I am a father with a 6 yr old. I asked if we could use the loo before ordering, I was told 'no'. OK, no problem, so can I order and pay but could you not prepare the food (1 sandwich and meatballs) until we've got out of the loo as there is a queue and we want warm food...The apparant irregularity of this request did not go down well. I was told 'no, that's too complicated, and those people queing for the toilet are not queing for the toilet ?' (spoiler alert, they were).I should probably point out that it was not busy, in the time it took for us to wait our turn for the loo and leave, no new customers arrived.In summary: inflexible and not child friendly.On the plus side, they didn't try to upsell to us.
