I do like their chicken wings here… they are kind of the best in Portsmouth.BUT…. the service was really unbearable…. Ordered 3 portions of chicken wings with sauces to take away… found there were no sauces in it… went back down to the pub and was told they didn’t give sauce as THEY HAVE NO TUBS for sauces and that’s why they didn’t give sauce…. Does it make sense? I admire his braveness to even saying that. they should be awarded the nationwide best customer service awardFinally the manager reluctantly gave me some sauces when I went back there with my own tub….Excellent Job as one of the biggest chains in the UK.

3 times I sent onion bahjis back as stone cold...use probes to check temp for gods sake that is the correct procedure. Shouldn't be sending back all the time ,plus the reason given was oh but we understaffed...that is the worst reason ever..I'm a chef of 30+ years and am disgusted by this.
