We went for a catch up meal between friends . Two of our friends were late but the staff were very understanding . Yes it wasn't busy but they were patient . Excellent service and the food was off a high standard . Definitely going

Excellent restaurant. I like the choices. We visit at least one a month a zizi. This one is not consistent with the quality and standards I the past 2 experiences.E.g. Today my son child pasta came with no chicken despite the menu sad it has chicken. And the cream came with 2 cones despite menu says 3 cones and it is what usually served in other branches.

Christmas work meet up. Christmas menu all looked good, lots to choose from. Went for the nduja and garlic bomb, not like the picture, so dry and doughy, no oozy garlic sauce to be found or roquito honey, just dry dough with a tiny amount of nduja in the centre. The sticky pig pizza was better, enjoyed this. No pizza cutters given, just knife and forks. None of the brought in desserts appealed so went for ice cream. Toilets smelt disgusting and in need of some TLC. Service was adequate. It’s a chain restaurant with little personality, unfortunately this is all you get in Gunwarf and what I have come to expect. Such a shame this is what visitors from afar get when Portsmouth has so much more to offer a little further down the the road in Southsea

I thought I would try out Zizzi for the first time. Was here visiting with my mate. Amazing food and amazing customer service. Prices for what we paid for was worth the money. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely lunch while here for a visit to Santa. Food was delicious and the staff were fantastic. Wanted to single out Marcin as our main server, an absolute star.Will definitely be back again!

After a full morning's shopping, my three friends and I were ready to eat! Long time in waitress coming to our table to take our order and when our food came, despite being quite tasty, I have to say the portions were tiny and NOT cheap. Couldn't fault atmosphere or cleanliness but we all felt the menu was pricey. I know Gunwharf is an upmarket centre but small portions at huge prices do not bode well. I have attached a picture of my king prawn linguine but bear in mind, this is a real close up shot! PS I wasn't 100% convinced it was actually linguine; looked and tasted more like spaghetti!

Visited Portsmouth last week as my grandson wanted to go up the Spinnaker Tower. Unfortunately, it was closed due to the weather conditions.Had lunch in Zizzi's. Food was beautifully presented, very good quality and portion size, especially the children's portions.Friendly and very helpful staff.All round a very pleasant lunch.Kid-friendliness: A better than average children's menu with sensible portion size

Such a shame. We spent quite a while circling to find food because we weren’t allowed to eat outside! Nice views too. This place was the same. Too busy not to be able to sit outside.
