Reasonable prices but more importantly, very cosy, safe and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Very busy when I went (I.e. full at 12.30pm). Ordering at the counter and receipt of food and drink was nevertheless very quick. Food and drink very good.Parking: Parking for the cafe is behind Elm Park Garden Centre. Plenty of parking space.Wheelchair accessibility: Car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible as is downstairs seating area.

The cafe was pleasant enough, but the service was lacking. We ordered tea cakes, but by the time they arrived we had finished our drinks. This was after reminding the staff that we hadn't had them. The tea cakes were disappointing as they were barely toasted.

Always very accommodating for my son with a severe egg allergy. They always prepare his food separately and we have never had issues in the 5+ times that we have attended!Dietary restrictions: Happy to cater for allergies

Stop in today after visiting the garden centre. Ordered BLT & Cheese & Ham toastie. Thought it was hugely overpriced! BLT was dry, very little bacon and the cheese toastie was ok but very little ham. Just cheap thin ham. If you’re going to charge those prices, please use quality ingredients! Very disappointing visit. Won’t be going back again.

What an excellent find! After seeing a favourite venue had changed hands and the reviews were disappointing I searched for an alternative tea room to take a friend in the area. I read the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. What a lovely outlook, courteous staff, a lovely selection of cakes and treats. The coffee was good. We will definitely revisit when in the area.
