Dropped in to cafe aroma in totton precinct yesterday lunchtime. Wow! Really good service, very busy, but always attentive to customers needs. I watched them all helping each person that needed help to move around the seating etc. great, I will go back there, and recommend it to others.Wheelchair accessibility: I watched the staff, very happily help every customer in need. Place smelled like a toilet. Waitress was clearly new and inexperienced, and she rolled her eyes when we weren't ready to order. Food tasted okay, though it upset our stomachs. Coffees were really nice.

Ordered a take away for breakfast. Didn’t realise it would be both overcooked and cold when it arrived. The veggie sausage was cheap and absolutely disgusting. Hash browns were burnt and soggy. Definitely not worth the price paid.Didn’t even eat half of it before I just couldn’t eat

He's a valuable asset to the company.Outside seating is provided and wheelchair accessible.It also has 2 floors for those who can use it.Very clean premises with an excellent rating.
