The new-old farmhouse! Such a fabulous thing to see that place go from the grubby pub it was to a lovely new restaurant and bar! The food has gone up in price and the portions are smaller, but to be expected with much better quality, and it still isn’t even that much money! The beer is as cheap as it always has been - and amazing amazing service :) thank you Josie and Josh who were absolutely amazing to me and my family, really went above and beyond :) will definitely be returning- good job Greene king

Food was very bland even for my 83 year old mother, my granddaughter asked for sweet chill sauce to add flavour to the wraps Chips were nice and hot Coffee took 15 minutes

Really disappointed with the old farmhouse as I booked tables for my wife’s birthday on Christmas Eve for 18 of us ,when we arrived. No tables were reserved. The food were discussed in cold don’t pay extra for bacon to be added to your burger because it’s less than an inch and a half long for a piece of bacon, and you pay the extra £1.50 is absolutely disgusting, absolute rip-off. My wife ordered blue cheese on her burger never had blue cheese and when we asked they brought it out in a little dish which was ridiculous. I had people in the group asking for pulled pork on their nachos. It never arrived when we questioned it, they just brought the pulled pork out on a little dish after everyone finished their nachos. It is an absolute joke . I would stay clear if you’re gonna buy food because you get more valley for money other places

Booked the day before Christmas Eve On arrival staff were really friendly Food was great And did not have to wait long after ordering Definitely recommend and will be back soon

We visited Friday 22nd December. I'm really pleased that the ear-splittingly loud TV volume has been turned down now. We both had Fish & Chips which was very good. We tried ordering via the App but failed. However this wasn't the pub's fault. This did mean me standing at the bar for a while, but it was a Friday and I think they're short of staff. A band started at 8.30 who were quite good (old faves) and not too loud so if you wanted loud, you could stand near them, but in the dining room it was ok. Much improved overall and we like it. One point: The TV was back in the dining room showing footy, but nobody was watching it. Can't it be removed? We like it here now and as our local, will support it.

The new look is great while still being a traditional pub as well as a restaurant,good choice of dishes for all ages and good prices for family meal out.

Was excited to try it out considering it’s been redone. However it was terrible. Ordered a beyond meat burger the vegetarian option which comes with onion rings. No onion rings came I talked to the guy about it he said I ordered the vegan one which I didn’t. Then told me I would have to pay for the onion rings extra…. So didn’t even give me what I should’ve got and was trying to make me pay more. Burger was dry and didn’t come with any mayo like it said it did. Honestly just bad the only difference about this place is that it’s got new decor.
