Ordered a breakfast of egg, sausage, bacon, hash brown, tomato and mushroom... It came sopping in beans even though there were supposed to be no beans. Hash brown was mush. And everything was drenched in bean juice. I hate baked beans, it's why I order breakfasts without them. Ruined. Leaves a LOT to be desired, definitely lost 3 customers today as I will never have this delivered to my house again. Disappointment.

Rather disappointed as wanted a cheese scone to eat in but even though there were 3 cheese scones was advised they had been ordered by the ladies behind me in the queue. Not sure how that works as normally it is first come first served. Was advised I should order ahead in future!!!! Never had to do that in a cafe before. If food there when you get to the till I expect to be able to purchase. Very disappointed. I had something else which was very nice though.

I was in Waterlooville today and felt like having lunch in one of the cafes for a change. It was very busy inside (which is a good indication that the locals like the food and experience) but relaxed. It was a couple of minutes to wait but the man did acknowledge me and apologised for the wait. I decided to go for the Mexican chicken baguette and went to one of the tables outside. It was good sized portion with lettuce and plenty of filling and was very tasty. Definitely worth coming back here again.

Not a place to work, you'll have drama 24/7 and if you dare have a conversation with the owners partner you'll be sacked if you don't tell him what was said. Very controlled, poorly managed and chaos every day. Do not get apprecoated for working on your days off. Plenty of other cafes to spend your money at!

Worst bacon rolls I’ve ever had! Asked for sauce and crispy bacon on my order no sauce and bacon was barely cooked fat still transparent!! The quality of the bacon cheap and horrid! How can anyone send that out looking like that?

Worst coffee and food ever!! Cup of hot milk!! The sausage roll meat was sloppy no flavour to it at all. Owners response awful definitely will be going to Costa next time for sure thankyou for the advice wish you had that as a notice on your window!
