I ordered for the first time since moving locally. I was very impressed considering I am a huge fan of Dominos and once lived in USA and always ordered Dominos pizza lol. After all, we all know Dominoes beats Pizza Hut big time lol. Thank you for your fast friendly service. Where to start, just had a gutfull of McDonalds Waterlooville, dropped into Domino to pickup my order only to be told it had to be remade as the base had stuck to the pan and ruined it so sat back to wait. 5 min later a guy came over asked my name and found my order which had now beeb day on the shelf for some 10mins , I explained I had been told it was being remade to which he explained it wasnt, I said that surely it would need to be now as this one will now be cold, he didn't know what to do or say and tbh Id had enough of bad service for one day so pizza went in the bin wont be going back there back to pizza hut

Ordered 4 pizzas for the family (I’d been working a 12 hour day) they arrived but they’d got mine wrong. It said on the box what I’d ordered - yet it wasn’t what was inside. Called and they apologised. Said they’d resend it..45 minutes later it arrived - by this time it was 10pm, opened it and they’d got it wrong again. I said to the driver it clearly says on the box what it’s meant to be. Sent it back with him, called and asked for a refund and a voucher for inconvenience. Haven’t received either. Extremely poor service last night

Made an online order and then phoned them as there is no option for instructions to the pizza maker. I had ordered sweetcorn to be added to a plain cheese pizza but only for half of it. I asked if, when making, it could just be placed on one side. 'Belaw' said he could not do that as it would affect his food numbers at the end of the day! Incredible! I am sure your food numbers will be more affected if you cannot satisfy your customers simple requests.

Not as good as the Cowplain one which I now can't get deliveries for, they sometimes miss toppings or just flat out put the wrong stuff on and the slices are all weird sizes, you get one huuuge slice and one tiny slice next to each other so hard to share
