Ordered online for delivery. Made a note to check order as item missing from previous order. Food arrived later than requested, system is cash only but driver has limited cash for change. Food not very hot and sausage missing. Called shop and was asked if I would go without and they would credit next time - said no as this was someone's dinner. Took over 30 minutes to arrive, tepid. No apology. Not the best example of customer service.

I called Jade place to ask when the order would be delivered as it had been over an hour (I asked nicely) and the woman on the phone got really aggressive and told me it had only been half an hour (when it had in fact been an hour) and that it would be another half an hour. She was so rude.

Delicious! Had the Szechuan feast and have to say it was the best Chinese takeaway me and Mrs have had in a long time!
Thai Red Curry was a bit of a joke.Red? Sure. Thai? Hardly. Good? Afraid not.And the chicken fried rice was bland.The mini spring rolls were the only relief to this meal.And to top it off it took over 1.5hrs to get to us… at least it was hot ??♂️
