First time here and I honestly wish all McDonalds were as friendly, helpful and clean!My order was quick as expected and unfortunately the chips weren't hot but I had no issues with getting a replacement portion and with a smile! A member of staff offered to carry my tray over to the table as they saw I use a walking aid, another member of staff checked on my order without my asking and there were 2 team members at all times helping with the order kiosks/queries/cleaning etc....Bloody amazing! Today's service has honestly shocked me in a good way ????

Great 24 hour maccy's, lots of parking, if you've got kids there's a play area outside, loads of inside and outside seating as well. Big restaurant inside, kept pretty clean and tidy, 4 self-service machines, and overall just a brilliant Macdonald's.Ice-cream machine and milkshakes being available is a 50/50 chance as it is with any McDonald's.Generally quick service, really lovely and helpful staff, and good value for money.Vegetarian options: Things like veggie burgers and dippers are availableParking: Around 25 spots, depends on the time of day as to whether you can find a space or notWheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors and no stairs to get in. Stairs and a lift to the first floor to find more seating.

Drivethrough always seems very slow, service inside always seems very slow. Went through the drivethrough today, took 15 mins (at one point the cars in the queue didnt move at all for 5 mins), finally got through the drive through out the other end parked up ready to eat, opened bag wrong food! Food didnt match up with the receipt so had to go in the restaurant and queue just to tell them they got my food wrong...aaand there was no straw in the bag (they said there was a straw in the bag).
Would give zero stars if possible. Past two orders have been missing items and staff do not care.

Paid for a meal on the app to pick up at the drive through at Waterlooville 09.39. Half an hour later having waited in the car park for my food and going into the restaurant having seen customers come and go with there food I go in to find out what's happened. The girl looks at my reciept walks away and after another 15mins I eventually ask for a refund. No genuine apology, they refund onto my card and I leave, guess what 1 week later still no money in my account. The contact to get hold of McDonalds is shocking. I don't live in Waterlooville so going to the restaurant for £5.79 is not worth the journey. Shameful.

This McDonald’s seems to be notorious for forgetting items from your order. It’s not “will they forget something?”, it’s instead “what did they forget?”. Delivery times are good but that’s done by a third party.
