This is a pathetic place for someone to eat as the people working there are so rude, they think are superior and i felt that the ladies at the bar is so uneducated and furious towards the delivery drivers. They treat the drivers very badly as I have experienced myself sitting there and listening to quarrel on this new year's.Seriously recommend to delivery drivers not to pick up from here.

Absolutely awful customer service in store. The attitude from the staff was terrible. Since when were you not able to add salad to a sub from the menu??!! At which point they stated in a rude manner did I not read what came with the sub.. Do yourself a favour and don't order from here and go somewhere else. No wonder it's always dead inside, poor effort considering. Staff clearly need training in how to speak to their customers.

Ordered through a third party app, food came about half hour late.All food was cold, I get its a sub but I ordered toasted and wasn't warm at all.Had ordered a footlong and only a 6inch sub arrived that looked like an absolute dogs dinner! I called up the store to be told I had to go through just eat and when I told them I had done this before in the past and only got refunded the surcharge the rude lady replied with well that's the only way your going to be able to get any money back.Would not recommend at all! Go maccies over this restaurant I shall nit be ordering from this subway again..

Cheese pizzas taste spicy, like there is chilli sauce in it. Second time it has happened - wont be going here again.

Me and my friends walked into subway and two of us were buying, but one of us were buying for the others. We came in with no bother and queued up while the others sat down quietly on their phones waiting. One of the women on shift, Nicky her name was, loudly spoke over the counter to the friends sitting down and said “are you buying” so they explained we were buying for them she then said “you need to get out as you are not buying” my mates were confused as we had explained they were getting food, but not buying out of their own money. She then said “are you just gonna ignore me then” and then left. Me and my friend proceeded to buy our food and the others food and called them back inside to eat. She said “are you buying anything” and my other mate who brought said “we just brought them a cookie to eat because we wanted to sit in and have our dinner” this was because we ordered quite a bit. She then said “that’s not an excuse to sit in here and eat, you’re not staying here all bloody night”. Yes okay, I get were teenagers, but we were not loud or rude, I believe she does not understand this and shouldn’t have been like this with us. Food was good, but service was horrible this time.Kid-friendliness: I believe that just because we are young, does not mean we are all the same and horrible.

Good food, but nicky was getting mad if you’re not getting anything, such as just sitting down and waiting for friends. They ask you to get out immediately. Absolutely disgusting place they were so rude to us. I was ordering from the app and they asked me to leave even though I was trying to order.

My girlfriend ordered a salad with chicken tikka and cheese some of the lettuce was brown she got less than a teaspoon of greated cheese and two teaspoons of chicken tikka when I ordered my foot long with steak the steak was wet I don’t know how that’s even possible.won’t be coming back !

Store is badly run, was completely ignored when waiting for my food, was waiting 10 minutes staff ignorant and rude only two staff, was prioritising delivery orders, I was the only customer in the store, would have not taken much of their time for them to serve me. Ended up walking out and not getting any food, won’t be going back! I don’t recommend if you want to get a quick food unless you have a lot of time to wait around.

Food was fine but it would have been nice for staff to slow down and actually give me time to order. It was a horrible experience and I didn’t feel listened to throughout. At the end, I asked about blue light but she had already processed the order and just smiled.It would have been nice if the staff actually slowed down and listened so my order was correct. I also got charged for extra cheese because of their mistake and then got rushed on.

Disgusting customer service and appalling attitudes from employees.I ordered delivery and i understand once it’s out for delivery it’s no longer the restaurants responsibility but when i called to ask if it was out for delivery and if it was possible to contact the driver as it was declared as delivered but it had been half an hour and i hadn’t received it. When i tried to ask about a refund the woman on the phone hung up on me mid sentence so my dad phoned back as i have anxiety and was already worrying about my money. He was polite and asked to speak to the duty manager but was met with attitude and a couple of sarcastic “oh god”s by whoever was on the phone. Honestly disgusted by the customer service here as this could have been a much more pleasant interaction and far easier if the employees weren’t so impatient and inconsiderate towards the situation. I doubt i’ll be ordering from this subway again.

Had a delivery, I ordered a foot long sub and paid for the foot long but only got half of it, not gd at all, but it was tasty ?

I went in just now and asked for a plant based teriyaki steak, I could see the lady put teriyaki chicken. I honestly asked her about 3 or 4 times if it was plant based she just kept saying to me its the teriyaki yeah, so I kept pointing to the board saying but is it the plant based teriyaki steak she started to straight out ignore, rolling her eyes and being so rude. I dont like to cause a fuss but I knew she wasnt understanding me. It wasn't until I questioned another staff member what that meat was and she confirmed it was teriyaki chicken. The other lady was so rude back to me when I had been really clear that I wanted plant based, I don't know how much clearer I could have been, I literally tried to confirm with her so many times. Its fair enough to make a mistake but she was so blatantly ignoring my concerns and tried to gaslight me when I finally proved her wrong. Very upset, will never go here again.

Disappointed with my visit today, the lady that served us we really miserable and unfriendly. Lady behind the till rolled her eyes and huffed because we changed our sub to a meal deal. Won't be going back..
