Excellent food , great portions. As an Indian person myself , I belive this was some of the best Indian food I've had. I highly reccomend the lamb shank, please don't listen to the other bad reviews they are probably obese smokers who know nothing about Indian cuisien.Vegetarian options: Best vegetarian food I've had.

I'm not sure it's possible to get a worse curry than the one I had on Friday evening. The food was awful. My Lamb biryani was tasteless, the rice was undercooked unbelievably. How do you get rice wrong? The 'lamb' was tough and chewy and bland. I asked for a pot of vindaloo sauce on the side which came out as literally a chilli paste sludge - it was never a sauce. My naan was incinerated on the underside and there were actual pieces of charcoal falling off on to the plate. The beer was flat. A miserable experience.

Always have had a very good meal at the Cinnamon Bay but my wife and I went on Thursday 14th Dec expecting a tasty meal again, but this was definitely the worst meal we have had in over 25 years of living in Yateley and eating at the CB. The mixed grill tasted overwhelmingly of Cummin, hardly any Tandoori flavour, the Rogon Josh was bland, as was the special rice and the rest of our meal was just as bad, not a very nice experience at all. When we got home and took look at the reviews I noticed that the hygiene rating was 2, if I'd known this before we went we would never have gone, next time we want an Indian meal we'll get a takeaway from the Real India, much better food

I enjoy the food (I usually have a dansak) although the chicken is dry most often but I have noticed I always get over charged ( last nights price with the 10% off for collection was still 1p more than what is stated on the menu without the discount. I checked over Uber eats, the website and the takeaway leaflet which all stated the same prices. I include a photo of the receipt below.

Place was quiet which is a shame. Curry was nice and I recognised the flavouring of dried peppers for the heat. Staff not very chatty but service was quick and reasonable

Food was just bland. Just no joy in this food, which should be full of flavour. We ended up leaving most of our meals uneaten. We raised our concerns with staff, but they didn't seem concerned (perhaps they know it's rubbish?)
