Food was good but found the staff rude after they had taken my order, after I had payed was told I had to wait 5 mins as was cooking... why not tell me this before payment. I was on a short work break and didn't have the 5 mins to spare..... could have chosen something else and been back at work on time!!

Would suggest anyone buying something from here to check their receipt....twice now they have tried to rip us off and double charge us. Maybe they are doing that so they can eat free food at the customer's expense? No apology either. Just arrogance in return.

Hit & miss.. sometimes the pastries are warm and tasty, sometimes cold and disappointing. Not enough veggie options. Nice doughnuts. Service varies from ok to very good. Often busy in the weekday mornings & not well organised at those times.Vegetarian options: Usually 1 or 2 warm choices, often 1 or no cold dishes, no hot vegan rolls (I think they do a hot egg baguette but it's often unavailable)Parking: Awkward carpark, can get very busy

Very disappointed with my visit to this establishment ?? Hoped to purchase a BLT (bacon lettuce and tomato baguette ) the staff that were there had never heard of this before, was eventually told that they didn’t do specials ?? ,will never shop there again
