Last Sunday me and my friend visited this pub for lunch and drinks we was welcomed by a lovely man and the waitress can’t remember the names I apologise he has greyish hair and the lady blonde/brown hair very sweet and bubbly. Food was delicious drinks was delicious but sadly Sunday evening I was throwing up and had diarrhoea for days only yesterday 23/03/24 I was able to start eating properly and my stomach has settled my friend had fish&chips and halloumi fries she loved both very delicious also she was very unwell to I’mBaffled why we was both so unwell after eating the food as the food tasted fine and fresh ? I had halloumi fries and the roast beef and turkey potatoes veg no pork Yorkshire puddings I had 1 large wine and espresso martini my friend had 2 wines

The White Lion is a fantastic local pub & restaurant. They regularly have special offers on food and have a great selection of beers and wines. The bar staff are friendly and a special shout to Nick who generally has my pint ready as I walk through the door and Jason who always gets my wife her preferred glass!

Always a very warm welcome from all of the staff! They all know our names and greet us with a pleasant smile!I have a bottle of Sandbox wine with a glass of soda to mix and Brian always has a Guinness, the bar staff always bring the Guinness to the table once it has settled!
We visited 7.30 last night for my birthday. There were loads of items missing off the menu, most of which we planned to order. This was our first time visiting since recently moving to yateley and it was a real let down, especially on my birthday.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to The White Lion. Easy to park, friendly staff and excellent food, lovely pie with freshly cooked vegetables for me and my hubby had the fish and chips, also enjoyed but wished he'd asked for skinny fries! Nevertheless, it was all delicious, washed down with an alcoholic beverage, followed by latte, will certainly revisit.Parking: Easy to park at venue.
