Pubs in Hoarwithy

“Two weeks ago we called into the New Inn for the for the first time. It was 2 . 30pm on a Saturday after visiting the beautiful Wye Valley, so we were thrilled to find a warm welcome and beautifully presented tasty food, together with our favourite drinks. We have since enjoyed Sunday Lunch there which was a real treat and the dessert was as light as a whisper. The staff were so kind and polite too that I cannot speak highly enough of their efforts in pleasing their customers. Well done New Inn, St. Owen's Cross.”

“Lovely refurbished traditional looking pub. Food was OK, the ribs were a bit tough but the steak and ale pie was good. Chips were suspiciously like the skin on frozen ones in Aldis Specially Selected bags. Would be nice if they were freshly made instead for such a traditional pub. Drinks selection was varied but very expensive for a country pub. £6.50 a Buxton IPA and £5.30 for a cask Butty Bach makes it one of the most expensive cask beers I've paid and that's coming from purchasing in Cheshire pubs! Service was plentiful with lots of pleasant staff.”
