The staff are really nice and professional.But they really need a way to keep the food warm I'm yet to get a sausage roll that's at least warm

Lady serving was really nice. Asked the kids to guess the cost, winner gets a gingerbread man. The kids were made up with the game and enjoyed the food and the gingerbread man (which we made them share). Superb customer experience, well done!! Food was up to usual Greggs standard too.
