Was charged £6.25 for a Gregg's breakfast roll when it should of been £3.25 challenged the cashier and received a £3.00 refund. The toilets are appalling with only one air dryer working. The stalls were stinking dirty and smelling as were the urinals!

If i could have give 0 stars I would…. Terrible stuff! Slow, unkind. 3 customers and 2 members of stuff abs you have to wait 40 min for a drink…. Incredible

Dismal! The touch screen ordering failed twice, and then it’s so unintuitive we end up with a dire, sad, lonely piece of chicken because we didn’t press the right combination of buttons. Tiny portions, extremely expressive, give me Maccies any day over this . Never ever coming back by choice!

Been back and forth to these services for quite some time. They really need to employ some cleaners as the dining tables are dirty, the floors are dirty to the point you feel like wiping your feet on the way out. Even if there were cleaning products there so you could clean the tables down would be a start. The Staff are like zombies and don't have the initiative to think for themselves and actually do some manual labour which shows to me poor leadership from above ! Please Burger King do some random checks and sort it out and make it a more pleasurable place to sit down and enjoy your great menu.

Went in ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, £4.49 burger only as I was just trying to get home after nearly 12hrs working. Had the burger in my hand in less than a minute, burgers weren't even warm enough to melt the cheese and the bacon was stone cold. I can't post a picture because despite how miserable my burger was ,I was bloody starving. Seriously skip this one, if I'd known that there was a drive through at Ross on Wye I would have stopped there 1st, can't possibly be worse than Monmouth.

Awful! Over cooked & cold chilli cheese bites, cold fries & burger. Car park infested with rats also waste cooking oil drums in public area.
