Had monster bucket for 1, it was very slightly undercooked, chicken was a little springy to chew.

Handy on the way home from watching Wales play in Cardiff. Awful service - closed all the seating areas - I suppose to avoid cleaning. Staffed by children who were extremely rude to customers and even told one elderly gent to eat outside (at 9pm mid winter?)Very greasy for a KFC

Poor service unhelpful staff with a don't care attitude and chicken very greasey and asked not to have any legs as my partner cannot eat them and were given 2 of them as they said thats all they had! Will not use them again!
Good service, food hot and good flavour, I thought the chicken was only just cooked enough. Atmosphere a bit serious .

Been their few times now service and staff are not up to standard as are rude plus they never give the customer everything that should be with the meals plus taken food back twice for my money back as first time was eating in at KFC and the chicken was no where near cooked and second time was dry and over cooked and today found a hair in the batter with soon put you off eating it wouldn't be every going back as over price rubbish if ask me
