Modern and comfortable- Not the cleanest but perfect for our over night pit stop.Booked a ‘quad room’ for me and my 2 children (1 girl 15 and 1 boy 13) so their own beds was what I was hoping for- we where given a room with a double and one single… not sure what happened but it was adequate for one night so didn’t make a fuss.Receptionist was friendly and welcoming- very helpful when we were also short a mug and glass. Ample parking with easy to use registration system.Located very close to a few restaurants / fast food places and a garage.

Unfortunately we were there during storm Isha and the electric went out for a couple of hours, but the staff were outstanding and rushed round trying to help everyone.

We recently spent an overnight stay at the Premier Inn at Ross on Wye. The Reception team Charlotte and Lauren were very friendly and welcoming. Charlotte gave us sound advice about the local towns. Room was clean, comfortable and no noise. We had a great sleep and really enjoyed our stay. Our breakfast at the adjacent Beefeater resturant was very enjoyable and good value. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. Would definitely return and highly recommend a stay if you are visiting the area.Rooms: Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Set on the side of the M50 on the outskirts of Ross, which means you need transport to go anywhere. The rooms are comfy, the location is peacful, and the neighbouring Beefeater covers all your food and drink needs.

Super standard premier inn, looks like it could use a bit of love in some places. Saying that, room was perfectly nice, vending machine was stocked and everything clean and tidy. There's not much to do around the area, but on the flip side, having a premier inn out here was super handy for me as a pit stop for work. Lass on reception was super, really friendly, chatty and kind.

Cold showers. We informed night staff as we had to leave early, who made a note of it and said manager will contact us. We are still waiting. A cold shower at 5.30 am is not nice. Other members of staff were very friendly and helpful.Rooms: Room was ok for price, but a cold shower for this price is not except able.

There is no hot water for a shower. Pillows was really hard and uncomfortable. Left early due to lack of sleep.

We stayed one night in the Premier Inn at Ross on Wye whilst journeying from Yorkshire to South Wales. Arriving late afternoon by car, there is a good amount of free parking here. The hotel had a nice relaxed feel about it as although it is located at the end of the M50, it is away from other habitation in the Herefordshire countryside. Check in was carried out with a minimum of fuss and whilst at reception we were offered and signed up for a combined evening meal and breakfast tariff (at the adjacent ‘Travellers Rest’ Beefeater), which we thought was good value. Our room was ready for us when we arrived and was clean and spacious. The room had a double bed with small tables either side and was furnished with a dressing table (though without a mirror), open wardrobes and a small armchair. A flatscreen TV with Freeview channels was provided along with tea & coffee making facilities. A window looked out over a field of sheep which gave a very pleasant and relaxing view. The ensuite bathroom had a toilet, basin and bath with overhead shower attachment. There was a good amount of flat service on which to place toiletries. The room was on the first floor reached by a set of stairs, we did not notice if there were any lifts. We both slept well here, the bed was comfortable and the hotel’s location meant that there was little noise from outside. Very nice hotel, we enjoyed our short stay and would certainly use again if we were in the area.

Stayed here as attending a wedding near by. Very good rooms and comfortable beds, room has everything you need. Stayed during the September heat wave, so rooms where very warm, each room has a fan and I was able to open the window a little, both were of help a lot. Shower was good and given a hair dryer (did not use). The room had a good number of power sockets and I had a lovely view out of the window of Sheep. The only problem was the TV, a lot of channels were unavailable to watch, but that was not a problem as the pub next door was showing the rugby world cup. The people on reception were very friendly and helpful and there was a refill station for tea, coffee and milk, so you could help your self.
