Waited over two hours for three milkshakes and two cheesecakes. Once it arrived at 10pm the cheesecake was frozen solid. When I called prontos they told me to put it in the microwave for 15 seconds! Shocking service will not be ordering again

Really tasty food, made quickly, friendly service. Had veggie pizza, chips and salad. The garlic mayo on the chips was divine. Pizza very tasty. Salad could be larger, but fresh and good. Very happy.

Good food served by good people who take pride in their product and use quality ingredients.They do a half and half pizza which is a nice touch so you get filled with variety and don't have to buy two pizzas to please everyone.The pizza reheats VERY WELL, super crispy base, plenty of toppings so it doesn't go dry.I baked some bread, turned the oven off after 200 c put a slice in there and it reminded me of Barcelona: Ramblas. Lush.I've no connection with this business. (Lol).

always travel 45 minutes just to eat here! the pizza is next level and they are so generous with toppings. the chips are delicious and they have lots of different drink options. the workers are so friendly too! there was one time that they made some mistakes on my order so we went back for them to correct it, they not only corrected our order really fast but they also gave us a free slice of cake and free 1L bottle of pepsi to apologise! cannot recommend enough

Had a takeaway which husband and me collected - waited ages and when eventually got back to where we were staying chips missing from order. Paid almost £17 for chicken pieces, loads of pointless salad, dry cardboard pitta and mayo - when we actually requested garlic mayo. Won't be going there again!

The worst takeaway we have had from here. The food was cold, the mixed kebab had beef bits instead of lamb, dry chicken covered in minted garlic mayo, cold chips and a pita bread that smelt wrong in so many ways. Definitely will not be having another takeaway from here.
Had a 14in pizza ? meal deal. Probably one of the best pizza's I have had in Ross.Very tasty.Well done guysJust need to do a vegan cheese topping so the other half can try it.

2 hours delivery time on a Wednesday. Told me 1 hour and 20 mins. Pizza was burnt, chilli cheese bites that I paid £4 for wasn't cooked properly. Almost every time 15 mins after eating I find myself on the can with the ****s! Stinks. Never again

First time ordering as a guest for home delivery coat me £40 and came and 2 of the 3 pizza boxes where squashed and the topping ruined... The chip box was melted where they had been places in while too hot and they were not nice.. the onion rings and potato wedges were clearly over cooked. ? Not happy!
