Facilities constantly closed, the car wash, the air for tyres. Always some reason why they can’t open them or they are broken. Sick and tired of coming here only to have to drive somewhere else.

HORRIBLE PLACE, RUDE STAFF AND MANAGER, HAD AN ALTERCATION WHICH ENDED UP IN ME BEING ASSAULTED BY THE MANAGER AND A YOUNG MAN WORKING THERE! POLICE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED! AVOID THIS STATION AT ALL COSTS!!!

Parking costs £38 per day. 33 pounds in 15 hours. Payment in the machine, you can use UTA, DKV, SHELL, EWROWAG fuel cards. The machine does not give a voucher for food. There are free toilets and showers.

This is the best Service area and petrol station I have visited. Shell employees have excelled themselves in the upkeep of the facilities. Clean, bright and well stocked.

Staff are always helpful and polite until today when a member of staff was deliberately rude, he needs to be checked on his behaviour with customers

Clean site, with a great shop selection. Staff always very friendly and polite.Some feedback to note however; when pumps are out of use, my I suggest using cones to section it off.The handle out of order covers are not always visible until you are committed to the pump, and when towing a tri-axle trailer it becomes tricky.

Same guy serves me each time I visit. Excellent service. Well done. Always a nice selection of hot ?♨️pasties and sausage rolls. A little expensive on the fizzy pop drinks, imo. Point deducted.

Only getting one star because I have to for this review! This is the second time I've been into this shell garage at 17.10 on a week day. 19/02/2020 (This time) and been served by a young lad, who has twice been very rude and abrupt to me, not what i need after a hard days work. I am a keen shell garage customer but wont be returnimg to this place.

I had a preaty rough day. I started getting cold with bad cough and fewer. I had few more hours to go, so I decided to pop in to shell garage on my way and try getting some lemsip to help me out a little. I found lemsip, but tea machine that used to be there has been taken off. I asked one of the staff called Owen, if there is no tea machine any more and he said that unfortunatelly there wasnt. Bloke noticed pack of lemsip in my hand and offered to get me cup of boiling water from the back. It may seem like nothing, but he didnt have to do that and he made my day by doing that. Thanks a lot Owen.

Swung into this petrol station on 09/07/18 to use toilets get sandwich and try and buy a toothbrush. 2 in the afternoon they have no sandwich of any description and seriously now they have no alternative none nothing! They have an empty toothbrush stand but have sold out or are too lazy to put some out maybe? Anyway so now let's use the toilets. Dirty and a little smelly as always but no toilet paper none not even paper towels in the baby changing part and no soap in the dispensers none ! They were not very busy there is no excuse. I think Shell must rely on the governments policy to stop benefits in order to employ their staff.
