Staff are efficient and kind but coffee is often average at best and sometimes unsatisfactory. Decent place to work with your laptop or have a meeting.

My iced latte tasted like a cup of milk, not worth the money. However , I took the drink back and they had made me another one, which tasted a little better but not worth the money spent at all.\\nMay of just been a problem with the machine that day I’m not sure .

When she take my order she was very rude, she was shouting, I didn’t say anything. I was waiting other people maybe her voice volume higher. But unfortunately she was very polite with other customers. It’s big surprise for me, because I’m not regular customers of this branch, But she can shout it.. Sometimes I got upset seeing rude customers but now I do understand them. Education most important things… ??????

I have been 4/5 times in the last 2 weeks and always received rude and unprofessional service from the two lady’s that serve me. They raise their voice when I clarify my order, my drinks are half full and they never hesitate to take the opportunity to snap and make the customer feel uncomfortable.
