absolutely ridiculously expensive for extremely small portions. I swear if they could charge £1 per chip they would. the food is nice enough, but four and a half quid for a large chips which is honestly about two large potatoes is appalling. Either increase your portion sizes (by about 3 times) or slash your prices (preferably both). Cannot recommend this place to anyone but only because it’s a rip off

Update3 pieces of sfc were pretty poor. One piece had fairly good amount of meat, but was dry. The other 2 pieces were like road kill, and mostly bones which you had to rip apart to find any meat.Will update review if it improves next time

Best fish and chip shop in Bishops Stortford!The staff are so friendly and efficient.The ribs are just glorious and the chips are delicious.The curry sauce is Irish and soo sooo good.Would 100% recommend to anyone!
Friendly staff, piping hot food. Quick and efficient service. Been going to this shop for 20 years and won't stop anytime soon, chips freshly made every day not frozen and you can tell. Ribs are the best but the fish is beautifully cooked too.

Delivery was half an hour late. Chips were cold and fish tepid. Chips were made up mainly from tiny bits of potato and very few proper ships. Supposed to be large cod but it was a joke. The driver was good, very apologetic and attempted to refuse a tip. When I phoned to ask where was the delivery, a woman was uncaring and rude. Never again.

Great fsh and chips, but if ordering fish, girls stop getting out fish and putting it in a box, those 8 minutes made my fish cold and wasn't cheap either. Would recommend as been to this place for years. Love chips.
