Worse experience. Especially the manager. Food is awful.I am an Indian and by the name of Indian restaurant he is totally making fool of people. And I been to its kitchen. It’s dam unhygienic. The worse restaurant of the city.

The McDonald’s of Indian food.Their manager MO is such a rude and arrogant little man . He obviously has little man syndrome

Was very disappointed with the food this time. When the restaurant first opened we came here and it was amazing. However this time, the food was bland and it wasn't just me who thought this, other people in the group were also disappointed. They had cocktail menus on the table but were not serving cocktails. Tables weren't ready when we got there even though we booked weeks in advance. Everything seemed very chaotic compared to our previous visit

All staff friendly and efficient. Food was superb. Came quickly, hot and extremely tasty. Recommend naan bread. Never tasted ones so good. Also had onion bhaji and chicken tikka Masala which were delicious. Will definitely be back in the near future.

This food is always amazing. I love the green chicken. It’s super spicy. Also love the tandoori king prawn and prawn purée. Very tasty excelling dining in and take out experience.

First time ordering from Ruby's and probably the last. I ordered takeaway for me and my kids. The kids like Makhani (butter chicken) as it is a nicely spiced (but not too hot) tomato sauce. Sadly what arrived was like a bad Korma. Bland, thick, pale yellow, no tomato flavour, dry chicken and with bitter chunks of onion. The kids hated it and when I tasted it I had to agree. I rang to ask if there had been a mistake but was told this is their version of Makhani. So my advice is to avoid the Makhani. The Bhuna was fine.

Below our expectations.Ordered a Lamb Vindaloo and a lamb Phatan. The lamb was big ,hard chunks.First time we ordered there was more vegetable in the vindaloo this time there was 4 thin slice of potatoes.Really a reap off.Another downside is we ordered 2 separate dish and the texture was the same.Would not recommend

Really tasty curry with loads of different options to choose from, will definitely go back when we're in the area again.

Dissapointed with the chicken tikka Makhani, which lacked flavour. Such a shame, chicken chunks were decent texture. This was a takeaway.

Fantastic Food as always but went above and beyond to make my sons 18th special , even happy to cook items not on the menu. My mum is in a wheelchair so they opened up the fire exit to get her in , nothing was too much trouble , the staff are amazing . If you are looking for somewhere for a special celebration Ruby’s is it . Thanks Guys
