Skew Restaurant Grill & Bar is the best Turkish restaurant in UK. The food is amazing and we have always had a great time when we go there. Their outdoor area is perfect for warm weather and they have a really beautiful dining room inside as well. The service is excellent and everyone who works there has been really friendly which really adds to the experience.

Oysters , lobster, crab, scallops, mussels, prawns .... omg omg... what delicious food... so glad to have chosen date night to be there.. very friendly team looked after us..Music didn't fit the mood and the dinning, but was not load so just faded in the background..There is parking close by in the multistorey car park.. throw of a stone distance away...

We had a dinner, it was very delicious overall despite being served borderline raw lamb kofte.I’m middle eastern I know how kofte should be cooked. It was literally raw.Other than that super super spot! Food was amazing

Upfront for 3 it came to £150 for three starters, three Sunday lunches and 3 cocktails, three desserts and one soft drink. Disappointed that the roast potatoes and parsnips were likely frozen, the best part of a roast is the potatoes and these were blond, hard and inedible. However the meat, vegetables, dessserts and starters were lovely. Restaurant itself lacked ambience, although the live singer was fab with lots of crowd pleasing tunes. Service was hit and miss, drinks didn’t arrive until after the starters were eaten, and reminder given, and long wait for bill. Seeing as there were abundant staff and few diners, I can’t see what happened here. Finally waiter really shouldn’t have tried to press a cocktail, even when told the diner was designated driver - we refused d of course. Likely to return to try the a la carte as the dishes we saw coming out of the kitchen looked good.

Lovely place and friendly staff. The food was lovely but the chicken kebab was a little under cooked for my liking. A little pink in places so I didn't eat all, hence why only 4 star's.But I would definitely go back.

Fabulous birthday day meal. Service second to none and food sublime. The sea bass is the best I have tasted anywhere. Will definitely return very soon with friends. The fabulous waitress even shared her perfume with me as I had commented on it during our meal! This is a wonderful restaurant to have in Bishops stortford and certainly surpasses others in the area.
