And now cannot buy and collect with points.Subway points aren't accepted here on premise, and you can't scan to add points on to account, or sub card, this has been the same for over a year . The store blames Internet being unavailable ?. National deals also aren't accepted.

Ordered a deal through just eat, turned up on time however was missing drink. Said to the driver before he left, he went and had a look then came back in and told me to ring… tried that. The number on Google just kept cutting off, and then called through JustEat app and it rang and rang until it was cut off. Have applied to JustEat for a refund, however because it’s a deal it will only let you select the whole deal as “missing items”

I wouldn't have ever posted this review if it hadn't happened twice, and if anyone picked up the phone when I called over three times. I'm a vegetation, and also Muslim so I have never eaten non-halal meat in my life, when I ordered my vegan TLS, I was given meat, and unfortunately didn't realise till I was nearly halfway through the sandwich. safe to say I was really, really upset this had happened (and not for the first time- didnt make a fuss last time bc it was christmas eve and i felt bad, plus i was lucky enough to check before i ate it) and so angry. Deliveroo offered me a refund but Subway didn't even answer their phone. If you're someone with a deadly allergy, I wouldn't order from here if I were you.

Do not order from here!! Ordered a meal deal and all that was delivered was the footlong sub. No drink, no crisps, no cookie!! Staff won't even answer the phone so I can get a refund!! Absolute joke of a place!!

The staff were rude and didn’t smile or make you feel welcome whatsoever. The food tasted mediocre and was barely even warm. The atmosphere was dead. Wouldn’t recommend you come here and waste your money.

The sides are never nice. Just tried the cheesy bites for the first time, they were all squashed and soggy. The cookies were super floppy even they taste nice

The food is as expected from a subway, they actually had meatballs! The drinks selection was lacking compared to other close by Subways.The manager seemed to push promotions and meal deals a little too much which irks me personally but he was friendly. If I want a promo or meal deal, I would have asked for it.Atmosphere was chill. Its tucked away from the high street so it was quite quiet which is always a good thing.Would go again

Meal deal says clearly £6.89 and he charged me £7.89 each and added extra for literally everything. I had 10% discount card he said he has added discount. I end it up paying £17 when I questioned him he was rude and refused to give my money back.Stay away

It was okay, I had a chicken bacon and cheese toasted and usually it’s okay however this time it was just dry there was hardly any cheese put in, I had to physically check they had put cheese in. My partner had the meatball Mariana and was happy.

Didnt really want cheese however i had it if i liked it or not. Would avoid this branch the fella on didnt have a clue and was more bussy talking to his mate than he was serving us.
