Don't waste your time. Made an order. Money was taken, restaurant said they didn't get the order even know the website said conformed.Then they said, can't help even when I showed them the money leaving my account and order details.They didn't care, wasn't helpful and said I will have to contact customer services when it's open for a 7-10 day refund.If the store is open so should customer service be.They've lost a regular customer. I can deal with a website issue that isn't the fault of the workers but the attitude of not caring is ridiculous.

Not delivered after 3hrs, they don't answer the phone, went down there and shop full of people with same issue. Got a refund, do not use this branch, terrible management. Would be no stars but didn't have the option.

Shocking spent £60.00 pizzas turned up after 2 hours and one of them was wrong so they sent it out again 2 hours later as i was going to bed. Just tried to give them another try and they put the phone down. Waste of time.

In the last 6 orders all had some thing missing off the order except for One... But that one took 1 hr 45 mins to get here.... This order No ice-cream no dips and all the sides where cold..... Never again.,.,.

Very poor service, called them twice for our delivery, running two hours but still no show. They said it’s on it way twice but didn’t arrive,when it’s just half a mile away.very bad customer service.

I aint even order from here and when i was walking by there where rats crawling around the place. just saying would not recommend a place with live rats.
