Handy fueling station as it has a Budgens & Subway in it too. Their prices are competitive, and they rarely have pumps out of action, nor do you ever wait long for a pump. The staff are always friendly. You can buy your Lottery tickets here. They also have various lockers outside for different delivery companies and Amazon lockers too, which is very useful.

Good garage and shop, think it's a small Waitrose. Good coffee from Machine. Enjoy if you visit.

Staff are helpful and it also has a little Waitrose

Fuel for me and me van

This morning, I had a most inhumane treatment at this station that is 10 min away from my house, and I often use it. I was on my way to the hospital with my son (who had severe diarrhoea), My GP was fully booked, and I was travelling to the Urgent Care Clinic in Enfield. My son wad a crump as I came in to pay for the fuel, and the public toilet was out of order. My son pledged me to use the toilet. I approached a member of staff (a woman) and asked politely in desperation to use any bathroom on site. I stood there begging her, and she turned around and walked away. The lady at the teal was serving customers, so I went back to the lady I asked previously and kept begging, ‘please please madam, my son has an emergency'’.She looked at me with a judgement and said, if is true I should not be out and about and go to hospital. To what I explained that in fact I am on my way to the hospital, and my son needs toilet. She ignored me and walked away again. There were two members of staff, men, whoo witnessed that.I went to the teal to pay and asked the lady there, explaining the situation and asking to use the staff toilet, explained that I am fully aware that it is against the policy, asking for some human compassion and to let my son in. She responded that ‘yes it is a human factor’ and she refused, unable to look me in the eyes . I was so angry! I said to her that I wish for her to be in that situation one day and to remember why she is not being helped by another human.I had to go to the nearest house I knew and ask to use the toilet. Everyone was shocked at how inhumanly me and my son were treated today. I was a desperate mother; my son was in pain and expressing his discomfort, and all I received was judgement and treatment that even the homeless person would not get. What if my son was disabled and was unable to wait? Would I have to prove we are worthy of help?!!!! I am not expecting any apologies, but I really hope that the management will take note of this. Sometimes, we do not look our best, sometimes, we stutter and stumble, but the human factor is what makes the world go round.I had situations before where I had an emergency, and the toilets were closed, staff if they could see I was desperate and with a child, without any pledging, they would say ‘it’s ok, come come I will show you to the staff toilet’. Life in not all policies, and emergencies happen, and judgement is the least we all need. Human factor and compassion spins this planet, especially today which is the most precious we can give to one another. It is our local station, and mostly the locals go there, I felt that I was judged and dismissed completely in the moment of most need. These were women, most likely mothers. I will never go to use this servicing station again.Julia

Good place to get petrol and shopping

Terrible experience especially when I visit the store on a weekly basis for fuel and the odd meal deal but on this occasion I was served by a so called manager Zara who argued the fact that my items chosen were advertised as a meal deal but the till said otherwise which ended up with me paying the full price by mistake. In the result of Zara being completely unhelpful and only offered a full refund rather than rectifying the issue with a simple refund to match the meal deal as advertised clearly on the shelves. Now I’m extremely disappointed especially being a repeat customer and for someone who cannot owe up, apologies and resolve the error rather than shrug there shoulders and say there is nothing they can do especially acting as a store manager on duty but doesn’t know how to help customers and just offers a bad experience overall!

Best fuel for my motorbike

Disappointing.I've always used Shell fuel stations and this particular station is a let down. Why doesn't it offer V-Power Diesel?Granted not everyone uses it and I would understand if it was a small fuel station, but this is a big forecourt and you should offer this option here.It is also very busy, you can stand in a queue for 15 mins with people doing their weekly shopping. This is meant to be a fuel station not a local supermarket.

Poor service...No tea or coffee after 8pm even they close 10 pm. It s ridiculous. Also the staff is telling me as a reason that, they dont get paid because cleaning takes 1 hour. I m taxi driver coming from too far to work in this area i need coffe tea all the time. This is my closest shell branch and they got this unacceptable service.
