Delivery driver uses the disabled bay outside for parking their car (Small blue car) when i challenged him he said Disabled people dont go out at night. I was out and had to park elsewhere. Shame on you!

Ordered a takeaway and it arrived over an hour late.It was really poor by their standards, obviously been waiting around to be delivered as their app showed it was in quality control for an age. Add that felt fobbed off by staff when I complained!

Been waiting over an hour for my order when online it stated 20-30 minAbsolutely unacceptable! Tracker said it was delivered when the food clearly wasnt so after 45 min of waiting I called and was told driver was on the way. Clearly a fat lie as it‘s now been over 1h and shop is refusing to pick up any of my calls. Absolutely disgusting and will make sure to NEVER order from this Dominos again.

Seems customer services even down to ordering pizzas is going downhill fast when will companies learn the value of good customer services, called to order my normal pizza deals was advised the new price was £30+ queried why I normally pay £26 advised that deal ended, advised if I go online will it make a difference he replied no, went online same deal £26 which I ordered, called back to tell them I was given the wrong information and the deal is available, was pretty much advised “good for you” attitude with the phone slammed down, well for someone using your store for 3 years + I can promise my pizzas will now be ordered elsewhere
