I had a great experience here! and realIy Tasty, delicious food! was trying to order online and websites like Just eats, deliveroo and ubereats had crashed down and was just not working. I called the shop and without knowing till much later was talking to The owner of smash and wings, He was so nice and did his best to try and help me get my food plus they were about to close. He was kind enough to take my order over the phone, understanding the situation and within 30 mins I had the food at my door! hot! and Yummy!I will order here again not just for good customer service but the food was actually so good. see you again soon

This is possibly one of the best burger/chicken wing places I’ve been to in a long time!The Swish smash was lovely and the bun was so fresh which you don’t often get in places, the Korean,buffalo and lemon pepper wings were delightful.Also to add the owner was very welcoming and told us what was popular/his honest opinion on what to order and also told us about their new desserts which weren’t on the menu as of yet.Definitely be back again :)

I ordered the vegan nuggets with mango and chilli. Absolutley delicious. The Colslaw was nice but very very small.My daughter had buffalo wings and loved them.Definately order

Came to smash & wings with a group of friends & FINALLY we've found our go to burger joint for some premium smash burgers which absolutely banged ? for those who know it's difficult to come across a good smash burger in Hertfordshire & most places are over rated but our search is over & we are know loyal customers when we're feeling a burger ? customer service was professional & the owner Brother Haroon personally served us & made us feel right at home and gave us some great recommendations.For those people looking for premium smash burgers look no further as these lot really know what their doing & provide quality service and smashing food.

Number one strangest experience I've had with a restaurant.Ordered food for collection over the phone - they said would be 15 mins. Arrived and waited for 5mins in the restautant and no one was there. I then called out to see if anyone could hear me and a guy came up the stairs. I asked if my order was ready but he said he had no idea what I was talking about and said nothing was made/being prepared. He said his friend must have taken the order. I asked him who he was referring to as I didn't understand what he's meant but then decided to just leave when he didn't answer me.On walking out a guy was loading up a van outside the restaurant and I asked him if he took my order. He said yes and then I asked him why it wasn't made etc. He kind of froze and didn't say anything. So standing there with him not answering my question I asked him again what happened and he got frustrated with me and said he was stressed.Could have just apologised - not ideal but at least I wouldn't feel completely mugged off.No idea if the food is any good. Won't be ever finding out.

The burgers from Smash and Wings are absolutely amazing. So much taste. The chips are amazing also. For delivery they always come back warm and crispy. The chicken is fantastic too.For dips I really recommend the in house made Hot Honey BBQ dip. OMG it’s amazing.

Yet again excellent service from Smash & Wings they recently catered for a party we had for 40 people and the food could not of been better. Everyone couldn't believe how good the burgers tasted you guys have definitely gained 40 new customers.

Had my first Smash burger at Smash & Wings Bushey.Harry was very informative about the preparation and process of making Smash burgers and its health benefits, which I was unaware of.He also recommended that we try the chicken wings, not knowing which flavour to choose... we were offered a roulette! Honestly wings were delicious, best for me are the spicy flavours; very original and obviously careful consideration was taken to perfect the flavours.Great selection of drinks, nice modern contemporary look, (if planning to dine-in on own or friends) and works well with the high street look and feel.Looking to come back soon and try new additions to the menu!
