One of their best stations that I have visited, friendly service staff and quick. You always find gloves and paper towels stocked and available as I hate fuel on my hands, clean facilities too

I just popped in for an emergency box of heets and they wanted a whopping £6.70 whereas they are only £5.50 everywhere else. It's enough to make you want to quit.

There is one guy here, anyone who goes here often will know the one I mean who is terrible with customers. I’ve found a stirring stick snapped in half in my hot drink. He doesn’t say anything to you through the window….he charges me for petrol then when I ask for additional items he huffs and puffs. Emailed bp they told me they would do something about it but obviously haven’t.

Went into BP today 7th February 2023 soon as I stepped in there I was being watched and followed like I was going to steal something member of staff asked me am I looking for something with the dirtiest look if looks could kill I’d be stone cold dead it’s a store so yes I was in there to look for something didn’t go in there to catch the next train felt very uncomfortable so left the store I was going to say do you sell air freshener because your attitude stinks will not be going in there again that’s for sure staff need to work on there customer service skills and there attitude

Don't use this place. Bought a sandwich from here today 7th November because I had a long journey. Whilst driving I opened up the sandwich and ate it. About 1 hour later had to pull over and go to the toilet. When I got back to the car had a look at the date of the sandwich it was out of date. Phoned M&S not very helpful. So now I'm the one who now can't keep anything inside of me without rushing to the toilet.

Do not use this shop! Scammers. Overcharged on fuel only noticed when I got home as my partner went in to pay. They acknowledged error but only resolution is to complete a 30 mile round trip to get my monies back which will cost me it in fuel! Shocking customer service support received on the phone as someone who works in retail management I would not accept any customer of mine to be treat in this manner for an error we made! I was told management would call me within 48 hours to resolve and have not heard from them yet!

Staff is great and helpful , however lately I last week they close the station as early as 21:40 and you can’t get nothing apart from petrol , which is disappointing talking into consideration this was never the case !

Went there at night and they took 10 minutes to come to the window before telling me to go through the door so I've gone over to the door but the person walked away from the counter without opening the door. After waiting at the door for 5 minutes I've gone back to the window where the guy saw me and told me to go back to the door and finally let's me in. Now that I'm in I've started collecting my stuff and gone to pay for my things but the guy has disappeared and I'm just left standing there, a few minutes pass and I decide to shout out hello over and over again and I'm stood there waiting to pay for a good 6 or 7 minutes before he finally appears and I can pay for my things. So to the dopey guy at bp, please find a job that doesn't require much effort.

big station on a busy route, lack of liquid for the radiator ... there is nothing to the car in addition to smells ... one small regiment. Only a lot of expensive food with M & S and sandwiches only with brown bread, as for slaves. I do not recommend this place, they are in the ass of clients. Money is the most important .
