Brilliant Starbucks, I love coming in here for a coffee. Very friendly staff and helpful also quick service. They only expect card payments they don't take cash, and you only get 3 hours of free parking. It is located in Brookfield centre where the big Tesco and Marks and Spencer is. Would highly recommend it to anyone who likes Starbucks to just have a coffee and relax or meet up with friends. And there is quite a bit of seating inside and outside.Parking: You only get 3 hours of free parking at Brookfield Centre. There is a camera as you come in the M&S car park entrance and exit and one at the Tesco car park entrance and exit.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of parking for wheelchairs. And is all wheelchair friendly to get into Starbucks and out.

Popped in whilst Christmas shopping and received outstanding service from a lovely lady called Lucy who, despite having one machine down and a bit of a queue, was incredibly kind and polite. A true credit to Starbucks.

Order was given to someone else and no other suitable food for my son who has autism. Had to leave after he'd sat at the table for 20 minutes. Also why are people sitting at tables when they haven't ordered so by the time you have paid there's nowhere to sit. Very poor service!

This is by far my favourite local Starbucks, not only for the quality drinks but also for the staff, they're all so nice and friendly, the lovely lady manager is great (so sorry I forgot her name) and Morgan, one of the baristas makes our drinks exactly how we like them every time without fail :) ☆Not sure why they need to be open so early on Sunday though, seems unfair to the staff being as everything else around opens much later around there but that's just my opinion.Service with a smile and lovely drinksParking: Free parking in the Brookfield centre all around

Most of the cold drinks weren't available. The whole dining area was quite dirty despite there being say least five staff on. We'll probably avoid in the future.

Bias always towards Starbucks especially the Brookfield branch. Since having to close my business down through illness I have had the need as part of my therapy to venture out daily. The staff are a credit to the name. Special mention to Kane, Alisha, Elliot, Andre in fact all the staff under the Management of Chelsea. Not one to write reviews but with volume of trade daily they are a credit.Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled with a mobility scooter

I popped in yesterday with a handful of change from my car, ordered a strawberries and cream and was told they don’t take money only card, well I won’t be going back went to costa up the road and it was cheaper and they didn’t turn there nose up at my money. Very disappointed

Places an order at6.50pm tonight for delivery. Order accepted. Then 7.20pm got a call but when answered it there was no answer. Then message came through saying. Did not have part of your order, so they cancelled everything. All 3 coffees as well as 2 cakes. Tried calling but know one is answering. Terrible service. This has happened to us quite a few time. So will no longer order from here again.

I don't normally write reviews, BUT today I was greeted by the most lovely worker pretty sure he was the manager and if not SHOULD BE!He made me the most amazing white mocha which he had recommended, he cheered my whole day up and really lifted the spirits of all the customers not only me.He definitely deserves a pay rise ?Above and beyond in all aspects..
