Busy Costa Branch in Galleria but team has great queue management skills.Lovely and friendly staff.Met up with a friend for coffee, we were served by Jardina. Jardine was my customer service star for the day.I was carrying some bags so Jardina brought my tray to our table. Amazing service!

While my daughter went to the shops, the son-in-law went with the grandson to the playground, I went to coffee. It was 11 in the morning on a rainy Saturday, the cafe was packed. I barely found a free table and chair. Costa is a chain of cafes with a nice selection of cakes, cookies, and other sweets. Those who are hungry can take a salad or a sandwich. In England as in England, most of the people sitting in the place drank tea. I enjoyed a delicious cappuccino. The place has a wireless network, so you can work on the computer, while the rest of the family enjoy the shops and facilities of the place. Despite the crowded seating, the people there were very polite and spoke quietly. So it was pleasant for me to sit here for about an hour.Vegetarian options: most of the food is vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: kids can find a lot of food's optionsWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible by elevatorDietary restrictions: Suitable for vegans, suitable, gluten free options. Suitable for lactose intolerance

I strongly advise dropping at Costa if you need a fast caffeine fix while at the Galleria mall. The calibre of Costa's cappuccinos pleased me as I'm a lover of Tim Hortons coffee in Canada. I liked the taste even though it wasn't precisely the same. In fact, I decided that throughout my entire vacation to the UK, I preferred Costa's cappuccinos. The prices at Costa are also very reasonable when compared to those at other coffee shops, making it a fantastic choice for anyone on a tight budget. Overall, I strongly suggest giving Costa a try if you're searching for an excellent and reasonably priced coffee in the UK.

I was served by Nigel, Jardeli and Taz. Nigel made us the best hot chocolate ever. Jardeli and Taz were brilliant at their customer service. Service was prompt and very warm and welcoming. They are an absolute asset to your team, big shout-out to them three. Thank you for making my friend and my day.

When they get your order right, it's just magic! Salted caramel frappucino with no cream and heavy on the caramel and caramel crunch - lush!!! Gotta have a dome lid to stir the goodness. Better than Starbucks. Bit pricey though.

My first impression was that the serving girl was bored with her job. In fact if she had smiled her face might have cracked. She was more or less rude! She needs a walk up call!At first there was only one barista making up the coffees then more suddenly appeared. I waited 10 minutes in all, and that was unacceptable. The coffee was worse than at the Costa in Asda, Watford. It is so bitter and cheap tasting. My wife and I have decided to frequent Nero's instead.Anyway, the ambience is nice and there's plenty of seating. The music isn't too intrusive either. So if you can tolerate cheap tasting coffee then this is the place for you.
