It's a good place to have a coffee after all shopping from Tesco and next, in side Costa Coffee good place for sitting and big car park for parking.

Ordered a Mocha, waited 15 minutes, when my drink was ready and I was called over the server gave my drink away to somebody else. Server apologised and 'remade' my drink, as it was to take out I didn't check it until back in the car on the go, I have been given a cup of warm milk?No coffee or hot chocolate powder inside?!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I have never had such terrible service in my life, it wasn't even a service. Myself and one other customer were standing at the till waiting to order and not one of your staff acknowledged us, not ONE. I get you can be busy but to plain ignore people who are paying their wages and keeping your business going is just appaling. I left my food on the counter and walked out. Wont even attempt to waste my money on Costa coffee ever again. Absolute farce

Although theres always a queue at this popular outlet (inside NEXT). You get served quite quickly..staff communicate well. Only negative thing is the prices...Over £4. For a latte...puts you off going again. Plus Costa prices have all gone up with inflation but still well overpriced..sorry.

It is always a pleasure visiting this branch of Costa Coffee. The store is always very clean, and the staff are always welcoming, friendly, and polite.Of course, the gorgeous coffee is not to be missed.Parking: 3 hours free parking, lots of spaces, & this store even has a drive-through.

I was been there to drink a couple tea,twice time - two weeks difference,and every time the employee has give me an excuse to serve all of as , the tea ,in paper cup - ( the wash machine is damaged ). UK is the center of civilisation, you take your wife and you go somewhere to drink a tea and one butter croissant- and they serve you in the papers cup ,like in the train station. I was very disappointed- I'm not going there anymore

Was the worst coffee we have ever had at a Costa there were 3 staff behind the counter and was waiting several minutes before being served I ordered 2 coffees my latte was awful I had skin ontop of the milk which I have never had before on a latte .We chose to sit outside as we had our dog with us all the tables were dirty and trays left on the floor found the staff quite rude and they definitely need someone who knows how to make coffee my husband left his coffee so we would not recommend or go back
