Just comes cold every time, very frustrating, don’t understand why a pizza place can’t cook pizza right, always calling and complaining. Might as well go to the shops and put a pizza in the oven probably come out the same quality.

Ordered 2.5 hours ago for a 1.00-1.15 slot It’s 30 minutes late and the app says it’s been delivered. No it hasn’t. Apparently the excuse is the shop is really busy. Promised a call back. Yeh right.

This Dominos participates in the Dominos national cheese shortage, this means reduced cheese on cheesy wedges and virtually none in cheese Doughballs, however they are one of the few that sells chocolate pizza so this has saved them a bit

Ordered a take away pizza through domino’s App and it took 1hr 30 minutes to reach our house . We phoned several times for an update but we just got told wait 5 more minutes. 5 minutes passed and no pizza. We then phoned again and it was the same response. Pizza eventually arrived and it was freezing cold. It was off putting. Wouldn’t recommend ordering through their.
I would give 0 stars if I could, manager was rude, called me a liar, hung up on me several times, delivery driver comes sits outside drives off then calls me 2 minutes later comes back 20 mins later with cold food not even edible manager didn’t care they even brought the wrong ice cream when I paid for the more expensive one driver just basically said tough. Honestly domino’s has gone down hill and the service is shocking! I’ll be making an official complaint and going to head office tomorrow. The manager refused to provide me with his name and kept talking over me and said he wouldn’t give me a refund when I requested one due to food being inedible and order being wrong won’t order from domino’s ever again
