couldn’t be more thankful for this place, i made a mistake of putting the wrong delivery address and once i called asking for updates on my order and was told they attempted delivery i explained my situation and was apologetic, they could’ve simply ignored me and not bothered coming to my actual address but they did ! they were really kind and understanding and after this situation it wont be happening again lol. very amazing service thank you so much !! five stars all around <3

Food was rubbish and dry meal that I ordered with a gravy turned up with a tub of beans instead and the drink I paid for didn't turn up at all.Rung up to ask if I can get the drink they said yes will be 10 to 30 mins that was at 8pm it is now 11:12pm and the drink has finally got here and one of them is the wrong one.Just a joke all around.

Order took over 2 hours to arrive, when it finally did it had been clearly sat inside the plastic bag sweating for some time as all the food has gone soggy and cold, and not a complete order, shop was not interested in refunding.Now claiming money back through PayPalEDIT : in response to the owners reply, you didn't resolve anything. Your staff refused to refund, you ignored the complaint through PayPal resulting in a claim which PayPal upheld.

Usually get food here once a week, I won't be in future. The past few times I've ordered the food has arrived stone cold. On top of that today I just called to enquire about something I wanted to order, and halfway through my sentence the phone was put down on me and I was purposefully ignored on my second call back until much later when a different bloke answered the phone. I come here for hot food and good customer service, not attitude, laziness and general lack of customer care.

very late delivery of food,, called to ask where it was and got some condescending guy on the phone who simply answered "hello". I even made a point of sarcastically saying to him how warm and friendly he was,,, anyway, food eventually arrived, very greasy, pretty tastless chicken and order was wrong, no beans delivered. Could not be bothered to call them back, food was poor so just wont use them again, my advice dont bother, if they dont want to take proper care of their customers there are plenty that will,,,, avoid....
