Salad had been left out too long, bread rolls hard and stale Burgers for mains burnt and tasteless. Buns hard and stale like the rolls. Ribs dry. Only good part were the chips, better food in McDonalds so save your money and go there instead.

We waited to be checked in for our reservation. The salad bar was quite empty. Didn't get glasses to get up for our soft drinks until my partner asked. On the plus side food was very nice. Wouldn't recommend from today's visit

Waited for 15 minutes with other families at the ‘wait to be seated’ stand, having already booked. At no point did someone even acknowledge the 3 families waiting. Eventually a waitress seated us. One of the families then left as further delay before even taking drinks order. Even had a notfication that my booking had not been honoured as I assume we were never checked in. Salad bar poor (after reminding staff we need bowls). Bread only partially booked. Food average. Over charged for drinks and took along time to rectify. Then noticed bill had not honoured there kids eat for £1 but told too late. Would it not be standard practice to just honour this or mention it? Why advertise it? Sent complaint and received a belated reply but no apology. Will definitely not return as staff including manager not up to the job.

We went to the Harvester at the Galleria Hatfield. Normally one of our favourites. Unfortunately this experience fell well short of the Mark. We we shown our table a long way from the salad bar even thou it was not very busy. We asked to move and felt the sticky floor. It took a long time to get served even thou it was not busy. The waiter who must of been new did not know about the wines and it each time my wife ordered we were told they had sold out. It took the 4th attempt to get one that was available. When I received my cutlery I could seen my knife was Not clean. We asked for tap water and never received this. We finally got our drinks after 20 minutes after our meal. The salad bar was very poor let displayed and not much choice. This was the worst Harvester we have ever been to, it would not put us off going to another branch, just not this one again.

A friend and myself went to the Harvester in the Gallerias on Monday 1st August (2022), before we went to the cinema. It was the worst meal we have ever had seems like the chef speciality is burnt food served cold. Staff weren't interested in responding to our complaints and just walked of. I won't be going back and I suggest you don't both going either.

Staff were completely and consistently disorganised and had to be chased for every part of our order. Customers were standing at the door waiting to be seated, staff looked at us and ignored us for a while. It seems that there was not a manager and nobody really knew what they were doing. Sunday ice cream was served in a hot glass and as a result turned the ice cream into a soup making it impossible to eat and enjoy. Spoiled our night and the shocking service. The main course food was actually pretty good.

This is the worst service I have ever had from any of your restaurants.We was not asked if we had any allergies. The steak burger I ordered was stone cold, as where the chips. The wife's chips where also cold. I asked for medium steak. They cooked another one which came out rare. I was not able to eat it as it was to chewey.i returned this for a refund. There was lots of items missing from the salad cart. The rolls where stale

Loved the food. Staff were amazing. Our server Wanai was friendly, attentive, polite and very helpful. Made the experience even better.

REALLY GOOD SERVICE!! Was kindly greeted at the door by our waiter his name was Wanai. He did a good job of serving our food. The food was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the free salad bar.

Food is usually very nice, however there was no salmon. Best sweet potato chips ever! Clean place but staff members could show a bit more care and friendliness.

As usual, my experience at Harvester is great. Booked this online and arrived where I was directed to the table. Service was great, although I didn't get to use the mobile app to order because there wasn't any table numbers on the table. I did get the number from the server but as he was ready to take our order I didn't get the opportunity. Food was great, and the ice cream was very tasty! Again the mobile app can be used to pay (no more waiting!) but unfortunately my phone's battery died so I didn't get to do so.Overall I would go back again, was great.

A very strange policy at this outlet. Inside was not busy, it was very hot inside, I was with my elderly mother and wanted to sit and have lunch outside at one of the many empty tables. Outside although this is also inside the shopping centre is much cooler. The staff refused saying they don't serve food at those tables anymore, we could sit there and have a drink. The staff were happy for us go and eat at Pizza express. They were cool and the food was very good. You would think with the risk of Covid Harvester would not want to serve customer within a hot stuffy restaurant or even turn away business?
