McDonald’s you do make me wonder! I had a cup of tea after drinking some, I found it was a bit strong, so I asked could you add some additional hot water (top up). The reply was NO we can’t give you hot water as you could burn yourself, but you just gave me a hot cup of tea. He replied “well that hot tea and not hot water” also it’s the rules. So I ask, so I can buy anther cup of tea, but you can’t top up my cup! I don’t make the rules, I just follow them. It just makes wonder the mentality of some people! Happy to say, I don’t visit this pathetic place very often. So McDonald’s of HATFIELD you win this month’s prize of stupidity and poor customer service. Not the first for you and won’t be the last, I guess. Let’s hope I never need to visit it again in 2024.

Apparently they said they changed the ice cream machine and the MC flurry is now looking like just a spoon full of ice cream and little sprinkle of caramel and chocolate. See pic

Hadn't been for some years. It hasn't improved, in fact even less atmosphere now with digital ordering machines.

The food taste as usual. The table is clean. But after order at the machine, then long wait at the counter, even I was the only one on the queue, cause there was tone of take away and drive thro order…… as an eat in customers I think they should have set different priority…..

Food was ok. Typical low quality McDonald's but it was what my boy wanted after his cinema show. It was edible and plasticky tasting. Nothing home made or special about it. I gave it an overall 4 stars as the facilities were ok and the toilets only looked as if they'd been attended to 5days ago, so much better than most McDonald's toilets. No soap or hand wash but that's normal for low quality places like this.No sauce with the two meals and the staff would only offer two dips and the variety was ketchup only. Times must be hard.

terrible service, they are always getting orders wrong. Ordered a big cheesy with back today and they gave me one without. They frequently do this sort of mixup and it does show they have poor organisation and training in place.

Slow....be prepared to wait a while for any service and even longer wait on food. 30 minutes for just 1 coffee. Wasn't even busy, if I'm honest.

Our order was prepared quite quickly considering how busy it was. I'm not sure there were enough floor staff on as all the bins were filled to overflowing.

It's not entirely the fault of the staff here, but it's always so busy that wait times are unbelievably long. Waited nearly an hour for food only for it to be cold when collected, so I had to wait for them to make it again.When I asked for some compensation for my time, I was given company jargon. Coincidentally, at the same time, someone else was having the exact same issue.Food was average, restaurant did look clean though.Parking: Fair amount of parking but don't expect to park within feet of the door

Always a long wait for food, yesterday I ordered 20 nuggets they were dry looked like they been sat for a while. 2 Mayo chickens cold, coke with no fizz. Every time I get food from here I always end up with upset stomach.

Wasnt impressed with the time i had to wait for a burger. It wasnt even in rush hour. Took over 20mins. Also ive never been given a reciept.Parking: Because the food takes so long you will end up having to pay for parking.

Haven't been inside here in a while & shocked to see all tills gone & a very odd hidden corner set up.Service was awful, SO slow it was unreal.Drive through get orders quickly & if you head in you are in for an exceptionally long wait. I feel sorry for staff as they must have to deal with people who are exceptionally frustrated and rude.Please help staff by ensuring that orders are dealt with timely!

very dirty and smelly in the dining area, the toilets don’t have paper towels and the hand dryer is broken. Very unpleasant atmosphere. The speed of food could have been better.
