The absolute worst experience ever staff can’t be bothered to do their job I’ve called up 3 days in a row to make an order each time “sorry it’s to late” they close at 12:00am I call up at 10:00pm ?!!!! The last time they took my order over the phone then put me on hold and the manger spoke to me and said “we can’t take your order now” ???

On the 3rd of August, I ordered at this Pizza Hut branch for collection around 9pm. The lady told me it would be 15 min wait which I though was reasonable.I decided go to the shops and collect it later. After 15 mins, I expected to collect my order however I was ignored by the staff as they were tending to deliver drivers.This was unacceptable as I put my order through before them. Overall I waited 30 mins to collect my order.I complained to the staff and all the lady could was a lousy 'sorry'. VERY DISAPPOINTING

I ordered a gluten-free pizza, 10 minutes later receive a call saying they have run out. I ask for a refund and they agree, no issues I thought it happens. Then a couple weeks later and I never received the refund, I called the pizza hut and the guy was rude but ultimately agreed to refund and wait a few days and I will receive it. Still didn't. Called back several times and still no refund, I've had to complain to the head office and my bank. It's been 8 months and no refund, avoid this hut at all costs. Terrible service and looking to steal money wherever possible.

Hatfield pizza hut is by far the worst pizza place in Hatfield.What was delivered to me was absolutely shocking.No wonder no one orders from this establishment. Was surprisingly, they are still in business.

Staff is so slow and it takes them 1h to make one pizza, it was not even bussy. They taking piss of the customers. Even the two other customers was disappointed from service. Gent who order after me ask if hes pizza can be delivered at hes home, employ reply - yes we will deliver it, she didnt took hes address details and just turn around and walk away :) No wonder this branch is going down. Personaly me will never cross the door step of that brach and this is not my first disappointing experience withat staff in this branch. I wich i can give them -1 star.

Please just go somewhere else. Rubbish pizza. Little cheese, little toppings, undercooked pizza base! Try to charge me £17.99 for a large pizza (collection), then I said how about the deal? The counter guy looked angry and then tell me cash only. A few moments later, another customer comes in and paid with card. What the hell?
Zero stars from me. Ordered last Sunday 12/12/22 spent almost £100. No delivery from Pizza Hut! Still waiting for my refund 8 days later! They said it wasn’t delivered because the driver got caught in snow. They didn’t answer their phones and they didn’t call to tell us. The app said it was delivered. My ring doorbell says it wasn’t and I’m fuming! Pizza Hut do not answer calls. I have called several times and will call again tomorrow. I’m so annoyed! How dare they keep my money. Oh and when I spoke to the lady in the restaurant she told me 7 working days then changed to 7-10 days when I said I’ll have my money by Wednesday. They need to get their story straight.UPDATE:Finally got my money back after taking to Twitter. They had my money for 11 days THEN said it would take a further 3-5 working days to process meaning I wouldn’t have got my money until after Christmas!!! Pizza Hut Delivery Hatfield needs to cleanup their act and be honest with customers. I will OBVIOUSLY never purchase from them again.

This has been the best pizza ever, the presentation was superb, cooked to perfection. Why go to London with this on my doorstep. Thank you for a wonderful pizza and congratulations to the Chef (Chaitanya) and the rest of the staff!Kid-friendliness: Chef chaitanya was very friendly and kindhearted person she was very friendly with kids!!

The worst Pizza hut experience in the world? I've had Pizza hut in Scotland, the midlands, london, New York, North Carolina and S M City Manila, Hatfield is the worst. The standard of the Pizza is atrocious, It looks like it was put together by a flock of seagulls in a hurry to try the fish and chips further down.And the service is terrible. You are lucky if you don't have to reheat it and then if you complain they look at you like there is some kind of weird growth coming out of your face. I won't be eating their again, and I recommend that you don't either. No body has a good time in this Pizza Hut.
