We were a party of 12 dining very early (about 5 pm). My pizza (Margarita looked and tasted authentically Italian and had a wonderful crust. Everybody's order was executed accurately and within a reasonable time. The house red wine was great too (soft and fruity).

Came here expecting a nice meal, left very disappointed. Presented well, but the actual meal was very small, too expensive for such a small portion, and absolutely no flavour!!! I'm so shocked as every other Italian place I've been too has been much more enjoyable than Prezzo. The buffalo mozzarella was plain, the dried up pasta source was plain, only a tiny hint of tomato.The worst part? When it was time to pay, the waiter said it was card only and the waiter who sat us down should've told us. He didn't! We were not told at all it was card only and we could only pay in cash. The two waiters who took payment were giving us awful looks and exchanging rude facial expressions with each other, incredibly unprofessional and just plain rude!Prezzo, train your staff better, and I advice those young servers to learn some respect and manners in general.The only nice part of the whole visit was the interior decor of the restaurant. I do not recommend at all unless you enjoy plain food and can bare with poor service.

Absolutely phenomenal! We came for a family lunch and were not disappointed. Our daughter has allergies-milk and wheat- this was not a problem! Fresh gluten-free pasta and chicken cooked in only a few minutes. Service was fantastic-same level of respect given to everyone. Thank you so much.
We waited too long for the food, for the dessert menu, for another drink! The food was fine, but the worst was the service! The young waitress seems to be blind! I tried to make visual contact with her several times , but she just kept ignoring us… it could have been a great experience with a more professional staff .

Honestly, I wouldn't ever recommend this place. We waited over an hour for the main in which it came cold. Upon stating it we again waited nearly an hour, and food wasn't even good. We didn't even have half of the food as I can't believe I'm saying this there was no taste what's so ever. I respect the manager for taking the mains off the bill.I don't understand why the wait time was so long when the restaurant was empty when we came.

Our waitress Victoria, gave first class service, cheerful and accommodating.Our compliments to the chef for such delicious food.Our group of 8 all agreed with the atmosphere, food and service was 10/10.I definitely highly recommend this Prezzo in the Galleria.Vegetarian options: The chef was accommodating for changing dishes to vegetarian.

Visited for the 1st time yesterday for dinner. I was a little surprised that a place as lovely has this wasn't packed out. The food was amazing. The service was extremely polite and welcoming, and the lady who looked after us was brilliant friendly polite and very professional, we are looking forward to our next visit

Called the restuarant to book a table at 9pm. The person on the phone reassured us that 9:30pm was last order. But when we turned up to the restaurant at 9pm, they said they were closing. What a joke. Ruined our evening plans!
