We just arrived home from this so called place to eat and I HAD to leave a review. Before we sat down we had to look at the food, and we thought it's looking OK and surely you can find something you like. It makes sense that they charge you at the entrance because nobody would pay a penny for this food. We tried a bit of everything and we left the plates full...it was disgusting, even the rice!!! The prawns are not cleaned before cooking and everything tasted like it was reheated multiple times. We only had the cans of coke. On top of everything, we also started feeling ill. Such an awful experience. ?

Small wonder payment is taken on entry. Stone cold plates and Luke warm food do not make for a happy eater. Ribs tough as leather. Duck had fishy flavour. Satay chicken was dry and chewy Rice and noodles were nice. The only reason this gets a 2 not 1 is the lad clearing used plates from the table was so polite and happy. By far the worst buffet I and my partner have ever eaten in.

I gave this a 'poor' rather than a terrible purely for the police service. The waitor was polite (no more than you would expect, and plate clearing was a little slow but friendly service none the less). The food, however, was disgusting. I've had some poor takeaways in the past, but never have I experienced such awful chinese food. It was greasy, bland, and sickly. The aromatic pork pancake was so bad I couldn't finish it. You could see the oil swimming on the base of the pancake from the pork, so biting into it was unpleasant. The sweet and sour chicken was soggy, the spring roles were way overdone, nothing tasted nice. Not one dish. I have never had such a disappointing experience with Chinese food and I'm not really one to leave a review but in this case, I really urge people not to go here, especially when you're paying weekend prices like I did!! They need to make some significant changes here. The chef needs replacing. Side notes: -The layout is chaotic - no one way system, plates in the middle of the buffet -The dessert buffet was an actual joke (fairy cakes you would serve at a playgroup fate and the cheapest ice cream you can get, hard mini marshmallows and dry jaffa cakes - what?!) -The drink refills are not branded. Everything just feels DIY/cheap. Personally I would at least like real coca-cola -I paid thirty quid for the worst eat-out experience I think I've ever had, should have gone to wagas or nandos next door. Don't make the same mistake.

Good place, very convenient area, easy to get. Price not expensive for lunch buffet just 9.50£, but choice getting limited, that bit disappointing. Good service..

Went with my wife for lunch, it seems the place has changed hands recently. the food is tasteless, bland and sickly! only a second rate ice cream for dessert. We have been customers for years, but wont be going back. Best avoided!

Seriously! ?Even at the worst case of hunger, i dont want to go there and spend £50 for absolutely nothing! This is the third time we are going i think n every time we forget how disappointed we got the same tome last year coming here!We went today at 8:30 pm to celebrate GCSE result of my son. Went with my boys, we are vegetarians, they take the same money , paid £47 in total for 3 people- hardly anything for vegetarians! Cant find any egg in that super bland egg fried rice:( there isnt any protein food for vegetarians. The dessert section all the trays were taken fir washing as it was closing time n i had to ask them to provide us some dessert, they did, but.. ??They didnt mind taking the same price during closing time but cant provide the same varieties during closing tome. Watever they hv provided was soooo bland n full carbs. No protein option. Also they made it clear that they didnt give a damn thinking about vegetarians! If they hv thought with their heart, they could hv even put some boiled eggs in a bowl.anyways..My suggestion would be, if you are very hungry, i would rather do with a tesco sandwich rather than coming here n wasting my hard earned £50.

It’s always a treat to visit here, the food is nice and it’s all you can eat buffet style, drinks are also included. Really tasty meals, great ambiance and friendly staff. Located inside the galleria

We went because my son wanted to go, having gone before and liked it. He didn't think the quality of the food was great this time and he actually said he won't want to go back . I didn't think the food was great either - didn't think so first time and certainly less so this time round. It wasn't good value. Staff were very friendly though.

It's an all you can buffet. For the price I went in with expectations and they were met, Not exceeded, but can't say I did not get what I expected.\\n\\nThe bill for three of us was £57. That is with refillable drinks. We all left full and happy.\\n\\nI actually like that the selection is a bit limited. I much prefer a few good dishes to so many mediocre or bad.\\n\\nWe went for a Sunday lunch\\n\\nRestaurant was quite busy but we were seated quickly. Don't remember any background music, but lost of chatter from other patrons.\\n\\nStaff were all very friendly from the guy that greeted us and took payment on way in to all the staff that clear your plates and hid the over eating evidence\\n\\nFood was refilled quickly and everything I ate was at a good heat.\\n\\nI think we were a bit late in the day because most of the desserts were gone by the time we wanted some, but we were already too full from the mains anyway. I don't usually think Chinese restaurants are well know for their desserts anyway.\\n\\nToilets could use some attention but they were serviceable.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant, I read the reviews before going and thought it cannot be that bad! It is BAD I couldn’t believe how awful the food tasted and bland it tasted, I tried abit of everything. It’s like the frozen food I would buy as a child for £1-£2 in a packet. The price for the buffet is cheap but it all makes sence! I am also writing this review as I have just started feeling very ill and it is defo the food I never get ill like this my stomach is ripping apart.I always give places a chance I really wish I didn’t.

The worst Chinese food I have tasted. Does not even match to a bad takeaway. Poor Quality food, watered down sauces. Dodgy tummy after. Did not enjoy one item even the spring rolls worst i have ever tried. Go to Waggas next door u will regret this buffet!
