Ordered 4 subs..all with cheese..didn't put cheese on 2 of them. This was bishops square..did better than the commons...last week..Ordered a breakwhich..didn't have any eggs, got 2 others ..toppins..wrong...que of 6 people only 1 person serving...this was lunchtime.

After ordering a sandwich, the server walked off and a fly crawled over my bread. I requested a new roll, to which he replied "I can swap it for you, but the flies probably been over all the other rolls anyway"He then put the used roll back into the bread store.Hot weather causes more flies, so Why isn't the bread door closed?And no covers over sandwich fillings?Is this the hygiene levels that subway represents?

When Subway finally offers a 100% vegan option and the staff is still uneducated about the food industry they work at... Had to mention twice I do not want cheese and when I was asked what sauce would I like I said the vegan aioli, which the sandwich has been designed to have on the menu the staff said they don't have but it but I can have mayo... Very poor understanding of food.

If you want black long hair inside your sandwich this is the place to go and be lied to saying a female member of staff doesn't work, but funny how she was there last week and walked in a couple minutes later. Full of flies too and the fridges are left open. The last time I checked to using hand sanitizer is not a form of washing your hands before you prepare food.Might be a good idea the staff all attend a food hygiene course too.

Placed the order around 13:55 order did not arrive until around 15:30. I had to call the restaurant because it took such a long time. Staff member did apologise for the inconvenience.Order had arrived however, 1 of the items were incorrect. Bread on this occasion seemed stale. I would be hesitant to place another order in the near future unfortunately.

Good service subway college miss gender me but manger was very professional so outcome manager will talk to staff member for training I understand everyone can make mistakes that’s human but part from that good service also manager gave me a free cookie so not all bad

Good standard Subway experience. Does it all, does it to the standards. Part of going to a franchised restaurant is knowing what you'll get in advance. With this branch in Hatfield you will get a good sandwich or salad with all the standard extras available.Well worth the visit for lunch as it was surprisingly quiet, even beside a supermarket.

Service was quick and with vouchers which are very common it was good value but there are no standard pepsi on the drink Despenser only diet which you won't know until you've payed. The sub also fell apart as soon as I started eating it which made it a bit of a pain.

Hearty Italian, meatball marinara, grilled with cheese, black olives, sweetcorn, jalapenos, pickles and flowing with chipotle southwest mayo finished off with chili flakes. I get the same everytime and as long as it's there this be my favourite sandwich place.Ps try this sandwich!
