I was told the scones were freshly made on the premises. They were rock hard and dry. Management were reluctant to refund at first, until someone else brought one back. I was one of three people complaining about the food. Never again

The potato salad with my ribs was not very nice at all. I left it on the plate and went home hungry. It’s a shame when you pay £22 for a meal and feel that you could’ve cooked better at home.

The food tastes great, but you need to check that what's on the menu is actually available. Otherwise, you may be faced with unexpected substitutions.

I am sharing my experience today at the Coach House location. A very beautiful, elegant and welcoming restaurant. The service is professional, and the waitress who served me today, Varonica, was smiling, a person attentive to the customers' requirements. I highly recommend .

Daniel manages the staff team superbly at this friendly, airy location in The Stable Yard. The Sunday roast was excellent and was brought out quickly after we ordered. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, excellent Yorkshire puddings and good roast beef. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive and the overall experience was delightful.I recommend this without hesitation.

Attractive restaurant. We went for breakfast. Good service. Food was disappointing. Sausages and bacon were very poor.

All staff very helpful. Food good.Being slightly disabled, I had to make use of the free buggy ride from the car park to the restaurant.

Extremely disappointing. Menu was limited and expensive but I placed 2 orders on the table-service app. Some drinks and then later 2 teas, with a scone for my friend and a cake for me. Scone cost £5.75 but obviously shop-bought, was dry and my friend didn’t eat it. Wasn’t given jam and butter as ordered so had to ask for it. No apology and made to feel like I was at fault. Had to show my order to prove that I’d ordered correctly! This person looked like a manager. Quite rude. Ordered Earl grey with that order but received regular tea instead. We didn’t even bother complaining at this point! After 10 mins of my friends order arriving, mine still hadn’t so I asked the manager to chase. That didn’t happen. It was not busy and I could see they were serving new customers rather than dealing with my order. Another 5 mins later, I had to go to the counter to ask where my order was. No one was dealing with it, it seems. Had to repeat my order and wait yet again. Unsurprisingly when it arrived, the order was wrong (Victoria sponge instead of gluten free coffee cake.) I told the waitress it was incorrect but there seemed confused so showed my order on my phone yet again. She then tells me that the cake I ordered is now sold out . Obviously it had been sold while I was sat waiting, being ignored, because the app greys out the sold out items which my choice wasn’t. By this point, I was not happy at all and felt like the visit had been a waste of my time. I requested a refund for the cake only to be to be visited by the manager again who t stated that, because I ordered on the app, it would take 48 hours. Again, no apology and I was made to feel like an inconvenience. There were other minor issues too, like stained cup, teapot lids were both broken. Feels very amateur and disorganised. I spent £20 on drinks and cake only to walk out feeling annoyed, disappointed and disrespected. I’m not usually someone to complain but this was ridiculous.I will not be going back and I’d urge others not to bother wasting their money either! Appalling service. Don’t be fooled by the nice decor and setting.

Amy was absolutely amazing! I went with am a little girl who is non verbal and struggles with noise and being stationary. Amy went out of way to accommodate us and brought me a hot chocolate and made sure I didn't have to move from our seat. She made our visit

Booked for my daughter’s Baby Shower. We had Afternoon Tea. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Amy and her team were so helpful and welcoming. The venue was perfect, aswell as the food. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you everyone for making this special event for us so memorable.

Visited with family on Sunday to have a Sunday lunch, made a,reservation for 6 adults as was unsure how busy the restaurant would be. Arrived at 1pm and the welcome was less than inviting, the lady did not ask my name, she looked me up and down and gestured with her hand to a table nearby. Very much felt like an inconvenience to most staff around (there was a baby shower party in the restaurant and the majority of staff appeared focused on this) however one young lady was very helpful and served us throughout (didn't catch her name, slim girl with long dark hair, very friendly). The food was served quite quickly and was nice and hot, everybody had a roast dinner except me, I had soup and panini which was nice but nothing special. Overall an average experience that would certainly benefit from some staff training in hospitality.

Food is just horrible. Not worth the Money.Everything is just frozen. It's a shame because the restaurant looks very nice. Staff were kind as well.
