However, what I received was anything but vegetarian—it was a chicken pizza in disguise!The moment I opened the box, the unmistakable aroma of chicken hit me, and my heart sank. Upon closer inspection, I discovered pieces of chicken scattered amongst the vegetables, mocking my dietary preferences. The horror! The disappointment! I couldn't believe my eyes.Not only was this a grave error on the part of the pizza shop, but it was also a complete disregard for my explicit request for a vegetarian option. As someone who abstains from meat for personal and ethical reasons, this experience was nothing short of a betrayal.To add insult to injury, the customer service response was lackluster at best. Instead of apologizing profusely and offering to rectify the situation, they seemed indifferent to my plight, as if serving a chicken pizza to a vegetarian was a trivial matter.Needless to say, this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. I wouldn't wish this misfortune upon anyone else, and I certainly won't be patronizing TOPS PIZZA HATFIELD again. Vegetarians, beware: your orders may not be treated with the respect they deserve here.Definitely staff don’t know was a manger or staff his name is AMRAN KHAN was mannerless would say no knowledge of customer service , was very misbehaved, and very resistant with intent of hurting someone’s religious beliefs and self respect. Who was shouting on pregnant lady over the phone and that too front of little kid .

I have to change my opinion about this shop today. Although I know its mistake of one staff only. His name is AMRAN KHAN. Not sure what is he thinking of himself? He could be colleague or manager or owner of the store but he was very very rude to me and my family. I am one of the regular customer of the store even someone from staff members recognise myorder seeing my face as I have same order all the time as we are vegetarian and always have limited change of toppings.After long tiring day I ordered 2 large vegetarian hot pizzas as usual and when I believe they're same as always. I took them home and surprisingly one of them was chicken pizza. Due to religious belief, we don't eat chicken pizzas. I sincerely called the shop and the same guy AMRAN KHAN checked with his colleague and came to me saying its a mistake and I asked them to change it, my house is 2 mins drive from the shop and he didn't even listen to me and started shouting at me... there were 4-5 staff members all together that time. YES, He started it first and followed by him, started swearing at me with mot**rfu**er chant to me in front of my kid who is 8 years old. He has not offered me anything with their mistake and top of that he started conversation in full attitude. I don't believe someone from such local stores behave like this to me. I never felt that insulted. He hang on phone to my face 3 times whenever I called after that in 5 mins intervals.. even started shouting on my wife as well.What I believe here is, he is racist guy to me who don't like Indians or my religious belief is different from them. I am Hindu and here they wanted me to convert my belief by giving me wrong pizza and hurt our emotions.PATHETIC SERVICE.

Don't expect a decent pizza, no real mozzarella on a Margherita, can't taste garlic on a garlic pizza bread and almost none of the staff have a good understanding of English. Absolute waste of a choice. Try find a decent pizza shop (by the way, there are none in Hatfield)
A unique taste, reasonable prices. Generous with ingredients and toppings. Polite staff with outstanding customer service. I would recommend to try and see for yourself.
