Had warm and delicious food with my family. What made it better was the service by Tatler, the manager. She provides excellent service and it sensitive and attentive to our needs. The place would not be the same without her.

This is an exceptional Wagamamas, I know they are everywhere but this one really stands tall. The staff are so accommodating and friendly, the food is amazing and delicious. The atmosphere is also a delight, due to the new design, the seating spaces are so much more personal yet still with the option of bench’s.Thank you Wagamama Hatfield, GalleriaVegetarian options: Lots of veggies and I also change the menu to suit my taste, which they are more than happy to do!Kid-friendliness: Totally child friendly as I was with my 5 year old daughter ?

My family is vegan, and this is a restaurant that suits them. We arrived on Saturday at noon. Luckily for us there were plenty of free places. Within half an hour there was already a queue outside the restaurant. The menu is clear and detailed, especially since we know the chain from visiting London. We were cold and ordered 3 miso soups. The little boy wanted noodles without sauce. We also ordered a dish of soba noodles with tofu. A dish of Pad Thai with tofu. In those dishes you can order the noodles with chicken or shrimp. A new dish on the menu suitable for vegans was a curry dish with a chicken substitute. The food was ok, not great. But that's how it is when you eat in a shopping center. There are no surprises for better or for worse.Vegetarian options: lots of vegetarian options available.Kid-friendliness: good for kids who liks asian foodWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible by elevatorDietary restrictions: Suitable for vegans, suitable and free of gluten. Suitable for lactose intolerance.

a group of four of us came after going to the cinema, and we had to wait a few minutes to get a table as the restaurant was crowded, however our server, Sana, was incredible. she was friendly, kind, entertaining and went completely above and beyond to accommodate, and completely made our experience. she checked up on us personally, remembered things we said previously, and otherwise really made the experience. i honestly have never known service like it, and even if the food was awful, which it wasn't, i would come back just for her. literally 10/10 experience.

3 of my friends and i went to eat here this evening, and while we did have to wait for a table for a little while because it was very busy, our waitress, sana, was exceptionally kind and helpful to make sure we were updated about tables and ensured our experience was wonderful. when we were seated, she gave us perfect customer service and remembered what we had previously said about our orders before we sat down to eat. while the food had a few very small issues, our service entirely made up for them. thank you, sana!

I will start by saying that the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the food and atmosphere. We ordered pretty much the same as we always do. I will be honest if I add that the food at this branch wasn't the same as the ones we normally go to.I was given a glass that that covered in what looked like dishwasher splatter and cooking oil. The syaff member serving us was apologetic about it but still....this should not happen (especially to this extent of just how dirty it was)We were placed in a booth in front of the kitchen area. We had music on about us from Wagamama which was fine....but we also had the kitchen staff playing their own music out loud which was terrible when you are in company of others trying to have a conversation.Over all.... Not the best experience. Will just go back to Brent Cross or Central London.

Yesterday we had the most wonderful experience in Wagamama Hatfield. We were served by Cheryl and she was so smiley and helpful throughout. She recommended some of the new dishes so we went ahead and tried them and they were absolutely delicious. Loved the spicy margarita ?️ and the deep fried banana dessert ? Cheryl was attentive, new when to come over and when not to, new what to recommend and all round made our experience better. We are so happy that Wagamama has come to Hatfield!Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options and you can also remove ingredients from any other dish.Parking: Lots and lots of parking I think there’s four car parks in total with the shopping centre.

SHOUT OUT TO ADITYA! She was the best waitress. She was so kind and she was very politely.Review: My recent visit to Wagamama Hatfield left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied. From the moment I stepped inside, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The restaurant's sleek and modern decor, combined with friendly staff, created a welcoming ambiance. The menu at Wagamama Hatfield offered a wide range of delectable options, making it difficult to choose just one. I appreciated the variety of dishes available, catering to different dietary preferences, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. The menu was thoughtfully designed, providing a good balance of traditional Japanese cuisine and innovative twists. For starters, we ordered the delicious Chicken Gyoza, which were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The portion size was generous, making it an ideal dish to share. As for the main course, I opted for the iconic Ramen bowl, while my companion tried the mouthwatering Chicken Katsu Curry. Both dishes were outstanding. The Ramen was rich and comforting, with a flavorful broth and tender noodles, while the Chicken Katsu Curry was a delightful combination of crispy chicken and aromatic curry sauce. The service at Wagamama Hatfield was top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent recommendations when asked. Our food arrived promptly, and the presentation was visually appealing, further enhancing the dining experience. Additionally, the staff ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meal without being intrusive.I was also impressed by the hygiene and cleanliness measures implemented at the restaurant. The tables were well-spaced, providing privacy and a sense of safety. It was evident that the restaurant took the necessary precautions to prioritize the well-being of its guests. In conclusion, my experience at Wagamama Hatfield was exceptional from start to finish. The delicious food, friendly staff, and inviting atmosphere combined to create an unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend visiting Wagamama Hatfield to anyone in search of a fantastic Japanese cuisine experience.

We stopped of for a little lunch break while shopping. The restaurant and are table was clean, the young black lady was very friendly. The food was delicious and so fresh, the Cha Han Chicken amazing! Unfortunately, the duck gyoza tasted like the meat filling was cooked from frozen, which effected the frying of the pastry, making the outside wet in the middle and crispy at the ends.
