Brilliant atmosphere with brilliant staff! Definitely recommend the food here!

What a findGreat and cheap food - had the roast dinner and literally half the price of a swanky place, however no drop in quality. Good gravy and unlimited yorkshires come on.Went with the mrs and daughter and very welcoming to families.Clean bright pub toilets spotless.However the thing that makes it stand out was the exceptional service from Jon, helpful but not too in your face, quick getting our food out even though they were busy with other big Christmas bookings.Will definitely be back

Visited this weekend we had a table booked for 1pm, they said there there was one chef so was an hour wait, we ordered and by 3.30 the food still hadn't turned up. We had crying children really hungry, they wouldn't even rush the children's food. We had to get a refund and leave. To add insult to injury they continued to take delivery orders, we could see the manager running the bags to the delivery drivers. Really terrible will not be back , just awful.

So dissappointed we tried the sunday 3 roast meat dinner.and added the cauliflower chesse.potatos were so greasy.cabbage wasnt cooked .you could stand your fork up in the gravy.hardly any cauliflower in the caulifower chesse sauce. Just all frozen and was microwaved The way things are written on the menu makes your mouth water.but when served up so dissappointed.even more as it was birthday dinner.lovely pub.service good. Have eaten before and that was ok.but sunday dinner not good.

Great little spot to have a catch up with friend's, wonderful service from all the staff. New manager really enthusiastic. With the new edition pepper made our time even more enjoyable. If you get to be in when pepper is in then you are a lucky one.

Had a great time last Thursday on quiz night was really fun. Great staff, friendly and helpful and willing to interact with the customers. Food was lovely, plenty of choices, and looked great when it came out tasted even better, also plenty of drink selection for beer drinkers or spirit drinkers. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Staff were great ,put the football on for me,and spent a very nice hour in there.
Friendly staff, clean loos, dog friendly, affordable tasty food, chicken wings delicious, Moretti beer good. Recommended.
