Coffee and food are always good quality and tasty. Staff are friendly and polite, although always seem understaffed. And the tidiness of the customer seating area and the area behind the counter could be improved. Often feels a little messy and dirty inside as if staff lack the time or capacity to clear and/or clean.Wheelchair accessibility: Poor accessibility as it has 3 steps to access and a manual narrow door.

Most of them never fill my drink to the top of the cup. I order a large coffee and most days it’s only filled half way, even after I specify to fill it to the top! The girl today got a bit of attitude because of this! It’s literally your job to fill up a cup of coffee. Why is it so hard?

Sunday morning had a coffee here, service was friendly and fine for myself although my friend who came shortly after waited 10mins, what I didn't like was how dirty the place looked, floors appeared not seen a hoover/mop in some time , filthy skirtings. We cleaned and cleared a table to sit at. I certainly won't be in a hurry to return.

I always get take away so couldn't comment on sitting in but I've always found the staff friendly and patient. I'm now a regular and find the coffee quality to be a fair bit higher than rival coffee chains. You have to try their specials, fun takes on coffee - I got addicted to the white mocha! But panettone latte today really hits the spot. I'm glad this is here!

Good coffee, fresh pastries. The cafe inside is a bit bland and seating layout feels cramped to say the least. There's an outdoor area though, so weather permitting go for that.

I buy coffee every morning and most of the time the coffee I buy is just foam and has no weight. After 10 minutes, only 2 sips of milk remain. And this situation bothers me now. I buy this coffee with my money, it is not given to me for free. Employees need to pull themselves together a bit.

Nero has a lovely spot in the middle of town that is a nice place to sit, especially on a sunny day. Coffee is fine but the service is awful time after time. Disorganised, slow and uninterested staff. I’ve never known waiting times like it.

Dirty, staffing smoking by front door. Didn't wash hands before serving people. Toilets rank tables not cleaned.Definitely not the normal Neros I have come across in other locations

2 people on duty this morning. One girl doing online orders while another guy had left about 10 people queuing to do stock taking no apology for the long wait. They admitted that online orders were priority!No croissant at 10:00
