Went in to collect a simple dish, salt and pepper chicken and rice, a very simple dish, get home and they have given me salt and pepper chips and rice, why would I order rice and chips ?? Phoned them and they said there’s nothing they could do they misheard me and I would have to come back and pay extra for the chicken, lady was not helpful and will never be eating there again

I Made a phone order to pick up. Drive down to the shop 15 minute drive to be told it’s cash only! Unfortunately I don’t carry a card with me these days because no where takes cash annymore and this should have been said when ordering. I wouldn’t have wasted my time or your time l. the food you have just cooked to go in the bin…..

Placed an order for delivery, order had an incorrect item and one missing, but on calling them back they denied this, and said I got what I ordered which wasn't the case and they were very rude about it.The food we did have was very average nothing special.Will take my custom elsewhere in future to a non tax dodging company who doesn't only accept cash in this day and age, as quite frankly that's a pain in itself as we rarely have cash. They need to move with the times and do online ordering too.

Been a customer of Mr. Low for many years. Very good food and choice, but still cash-only which can be a pain when collecting. Reasonable prices though and delivery is available within a 5-mile radius. They'd do well to link up with an online delivery partner in my view, and then more customers could enjoy their food without the need for cash or to collect.

A very obnoxious otherwise lady in the front taking orders. Really didn't want to hear about the last meal I bought there not being nice. More or less raised her voice pointing at the cooks when I asked if food was fresh. We only went back there for friends, because he better, friendlier Chinese takeaway in Knebworth was closed. Be grateful for your customers Mr Low, they pay your wages ....

After one good meal before Christmas thought we would try again today.The bean curd was disgusting, under cooked. Called Mr low to see what they would do.Apparently that is what it should be like, iv been a vegetarian for 35 year and have never had it cooked like this.Vegetarian options: Awful bean curd
OMG...last night we had a few dishes...the crispy beef was rank bad!!! Only went there cos Ming Che was closed...never again!
