Great find after a local dog walk! Really friendly service, great selection behind the bar. Lovely beer garden. Looking forward to coming back to try some more

Tried to redeem a £5 off £15 spend e-mail and told it had already been used, which it hadn't. Usual service from this establishment.Food & drinks: Food is average at above average prices.

Really good place for food. Nice atmosphere and really good food, even though it's a chain, it's up there for good grub, all seems freshly prepared. Definitely not microwave ready meals. Even the espresso is good.Added to that there are reliable car chargers on site.Perfic'

Inadequate parking, dangerous location.

Went in for Sunday breakfast. Good service and staff friendly. Prices a little high, but food was good.Parking: Can be difficult or impossible to park at busy times and local parking is limited. Have a number of bays with electric chargers that are rarely used.

Had lunch with my wife and daughter for my wife's birthday. Excellent food and friendly service. Definitely recommend this as a place to eat. Have not stayed there, so not able to comment about the rooms.

I would have scored it higher but was very disappointed when we checked in the room was freezing , cold not welcoming. It was a large room but because it was cold and sparse it was not welcoming. I had to go down to the pub to try and get the heating switch on and it took a while to sort this out it took over 30 mins I had to go down to the pub twice as well. The person came and turn the heating on but would not give us the control to the heating we had to pick a temperature we wanted was a bit odd. When you book a room you expect the basic like heating to be on especially check in was3pm we only check in at 4:30pm and having to run around to sort out heating to start your holiday isn’t relaxing especially since the price was not budget accommodation. Even budget accommodation has heating. I don’t think I should have to ask for heating to be turn on. Cups in the room were dirty as well had coffee stains and lamp shed were dusty. The breakfast was good and food in the pub was quite nice , nice selection of beers . I would have scored the place higher but no heating switch on and the only way to switch it on is to get a bar staff to turn it on seem strange what happens if it gets cold in the middle of the night and there is no staff around to turn the heating on . Lucky we sorted it out before the staff left for the night but really on a day off spending an hour sorting out heating is not pleasant way to start a stay .Food & drinks: Food at the pub was quite nice

Popped in for lunch with my husband and the service and quality of the food was excellent. Michelle, our waitress was very attentive and had a very pleasant manner. Would recommend this this pib/restaurant.

Big room but very sparse. Nowhere to store or hang clothes, no draws only a tiny hanger for jackets. No heating, very cold. Was told the a/c has to be preset to the temp you want but could go off at any time if other guests use it. Room was quite dirty, a think layer of dust from my estimation has not been touched in at least a year. Socket to far away from the mirror, wife could not blow dry her hair.Expensive looking fittings but completely impractical for any guest staying in this accommodation. Needs a rethink on the entire layout as it does not work, like a small set of draws to put your clothes in. We had to use the coffee table as a suitcase stand and live out of the suitcase. Lack of practical furniture. On the positive the food and breakfast was very good, well done.

This is a pleasant enough pub/restaurant but was rather 'soul-less'. Food was OK but don't ask for a blue/rare steak.

Went there Sat 30th Sept for my wife's birthday. After studying the menu decided that 3 of us would like steak only to be told that there was no steak as it was all being kept for Sunday ( why they couldn't they have got more Sunday morning ?). Then asked for the brisket pie only to be told that they didn't have that either. Ended up with Sausage and mash and fish and chips. Pretty poor for 7pm Saturday evening. The food is very good there but customer service needs looking at !They did give us a bottle of wine as a decent gesture which was very nice.Parking: Plenty of space inc disabled parking
