Visited in passing after a trip of Lidl. The restaurant has plenty of parking being at one end of a retail park. Service was fast and friendly. Tables were clean.

Card only because they had a break in (yea right) it's BK ffs A cold XL bacon cheeseburger meal Rats behind depot as I was leaving 30p a sachet of sauce which is disgusting. I've just spent near £11 on a cold burger, a few fries & a watered down fizzy drink & they want to charge 30p for a dismal amout of sauce to top it off. 1 star is too high. I literally feel sick

QR codes on the receipt are absolutely pointless & cost me £4.50 just to press join & got inundated in texts @ £1.50 per text charged at a max £4.50 per week. Not exactly happy about that but that's my fault I guess. However my XL bacon double cheeseburger was actually well presented & the counterstaff on her lonesome bless her is actually a right gem & in my views is an asset to the companyWell done "River"

This place is shocking, how it keeps limping on is beyond me. The only reason I went there was because McDonalds and Costa were unbelievably busy, now I no why. Should have waited. This explains now, why when I pass it which is frequently, it is always empty, then drive passed McDonalds and it’s packed!! Dirty, cold, understandably fed up staff. Should close down really or let a different franchise take it over.

Parking always as not very busy anymore.Food is pretty basic.The app is ok. I've noticed the burgers are smaller then the normal order. Not sure how that works...

Tried this location the 2nd time today after the 1st trip was painfully slow through the drive through. I was the only person that time.Today... Went inside, waited to be acknowledged & all staff focused on the drive through. No service at all. Avoid if you don't want to support poor service.

How Letchworth Burger King stays open I find incredible, the place is never busy and prices for food disproportionally high. Sat at drive through for 4 minutes, no one takes order, drive round to next window and try to order a coffee and at 11.30 in the morning they report it’s not working, sums up this branch very well, it’s not working !! Time for a change Burger King, hope someone takes note.

This place is the pits, staff-giving away free food to there mates who pull up in there cars, I know because I was behind one and saw no payment. Staff smoking in full view of people in the drive through. Staff look slack as if they cannot be bothered, the place is a dive. Outside is dated and messy. Rubbish collected round the back.I'll never go back until that place is closed or replaced.

Two weeks in a row’s been here and never failed too serve the best service ever especially the young lad asked if everything was ok with our meal 10 times better then cheap weather spoons

Of all the Bk I have visited this one deserves a shout out! From the freshness of my whopper to the excellent service passing by the cleanliness of the store. I would definitely recommend. Shout out to the manager of this restaurant. Keep the great work.

Only one member of staff doing both the Drive Thru & front service. 2 in back cooking. Not busy. Waited over 5 mins to be served then after waiting the same person who served me took the order Outside even though I'd ordered In-store & he saw me sit down!! Only 2 other customers inside so very quiet. Food was nice but a long ish wait even though not busy. They prioritised Drive Thru over in-store orders. Drink from Self serve machine was watery.Vegetarian options: Saw options for Vegetarian & VeganParking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully Accessible & several disabled parking spaces.
